The dentist is very gentle and they truly care about their patients. I 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for dental care. Wonderful experience!
Loden Dental Associates - Warner Robins Allen Drake: The most professional and caring dental staff I’ve had the pleasure dealing with. I’m a VA referral, which at times can very difficult working with the VA, however Dr.Amy Lodin and Robin, the VA coordinator, do an awesome job ensuring my continued dental care. Dr. Lodin is always very informative, professional and truly cares about her patients. Stacey, my hygienist, is also very informative and caring ensuring clean healthy pearly whites. Lisa and Shannon in the reception office are also fantastic! Thank Dr. Lodin and your great crew!
Fantastic Smiles - Fort Valley Nicole Drennan: While the office staff is friendly, there are several areas that need improvement. Reaching the office by phone is consistently difficult, which complicates scheduling and communication. The waiting area is uncomfortably cold, so be prepared for a long wait—our appointments typically lasted around two hours.
During our first visit, my children’s routine cleanings took much longer than expected, and parents were not permitted to accompany young children, which may be concerning for some. On our second visit, my 7-year-old required a numbing injection for a small cavity, but I was again not allowed to be present for support, even just to hold her hand. This policy may not be suitable for families with young or anxious children. We will definitely be switching to a more reputable and "kid-friendly" office.
Brannon Pool DMD, Family and Cosmetic Dentistry - Warner Robins Ginger Vickery: We have to pay for my daughter’s dental work due to no dental insurance. Dr Poole offers a discount for paying in cash that we take advantage of. We really love Dr Poole being her dentist. He is a really good dentist and he has done a lot of work to safe her teeth. He explained the importance of good brushing and dental floss to her because he is concerned about us spending all that money and it being a waste unless kept clean and maintained. Dr Poole and his entire staff are friendly, polite and professional and we appreciate them so much. I would recommend Dr Poole to everyone and so glad he has been so friendly and professional each time we have been in for a visit. My daughter use to be nervous about the dentist chair but likes Dr Poole and his staff a lot. So thank you all for helping her and keeping visit pleasant.
Perry Family Practice, LLC - Perry Kelly K: Madison Odom is seriously the best. As a new patient at the facility I was so nervous coming into my appointment because I have been dismissed so many times for my chronic migraines. From the moment I stepped into the building I was greeted with smiling faces. My appointment with Madison was great! She took the time to actually listen to my concerns and is willing to help me navigate my chronic migraines! I am so happy to finally have a primary care who cares!! If I could give this clinic 10/10 stars I would! If you’re looking for a caring new clinic I highly recommend them! Thank you Perry Family Practice y’all are awesome!
Dr. Michael D. Doyle, DDS - Warner Robins Nathan: Dr. Doyle’s practice is doing well, he has no shortage of patients, and he’s not afraid to let you feel how little he needs your business.
If being treated like another appointment in a long list doesn’t bother you, this may be the right practice for you. Personally I felt rushed while he kept reminding us he was behind on appointments and wanted to move on.
His staff were all great and patient, They keep this from being a 1 star review.
Dr. Ryan Davis - Bonaire Turnbow K “Kay”: Mrs. Dee and Dr. Davis are amazing. I had a dental emergency that required a surgery and they opened the door to me even though the office was closed. They took care of me when most places would have had me to return when they were open. Additionally, Dr. Davis called me after hours to make sure I was good amd that I understood the post op care. If you have ever had an emergency procedure youll know that remembering the instructions can be difficult. Tha follow up call was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Dr. Davis

Strandburg, DMD, LLC - Warner Robins Tina Erickson: First, I had to miss my last cleaning so the amazing ladies up front called me several times to offer up available appointments and today I was able to make it. This is the 3rd cleaning I have had here and the most thorough cleaning ever. Thats the second time Ive said that since being accepted as a patient almost 2 years ago. I have also had to bring my husband for extensive dental work following a prolonged hospitalization. Dr. Strandburg has done fantastic work for a very reasonable price. His personality put my husband at ease and he was able to sit thru several long sessions. The entire atmosphere of this place and the people who work there is unlike most dental offices. If you are at all anxious about dental work, this is rhe place to go. I am so glad we found this place!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Adams enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly professional and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Adams is truly outstanding—thorough, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
The office is spotless and well-equipped, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. Whether its a routine cleaning or a more complex procedure, I always feel like Im in the best hands. I’ve never been more relaxed at the dentist!
