1 /5 Nicole Drennan: While the office staff is friendly, there are several areas that need improvement. Reaching the office by phone is consistently difficult, which complicates scheduling and communication. The waiting area is uncomfortably cold, so be prepared for a long wait—our appointments typically lasted around two hours. During our first visit, my children’s routine cleanings took much longer than expected, and parents were not permitted to accompany young children, which may be concerning for some. On our second visit, my 7-year-old required a numbing injection for a small cavity, but I was again not allowed to be present for support, even just to hold her hand. This policy may not be suitable for families with young or anxious children. We will definitely be switching to a more reputable and "kid-friendly" office.

5 /5 Kima Hoskins: I know some of yall might think Im doing too much or over exaggerating but I MUST call out the heros that saved my life today! And when I say saved my life , try being 5 months pregnant with a BAD tooth and having to be outside in this cold weather every morning! Trying to cry yourself to sleep every night and not take too much medicine for the sake of your unborn !!FANTASTIC SMILES of FORT VALLEY GA , yall saved my life !!! Dr.Marable and his staff were definitely my saving grace today!!!! Since December, I had been waiting to get this tooth pulled and the earliest everyone had was February! Since Thanksgiving Ive had to visit the hospital for this tooth ! Hoco health department told me to call Fantastic Smiles this morning and they got me in SAME DAY ! My appt was at 1:00 and with the whole process , I was out in 2 hrs ! The front desk staff were super friendly and concerned considering the fact I came in in tears and with my face wrapped up like a mummie !The doctors assistants were very welcoming as well and made sure I understood my pre and post opp instructions.They also made sure I had everything I needed during my visit . Dr.Marables office alone is a very relaxing environment and he definitely did a awesome job on removing my tooth safely to be an expecting patient ! I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone, ESPECIALLY if you are in pain and need a tooth gone ASAP !! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Because of yall , I can enjoy the rest of my pregnancy TOOTH PAIN FREE ! Im super satisfied and very very grateful for Dr. Marable and his staff !

The office aesthetic is welcoming and clean. Best experience Ive ever had. Happy and grateful to have found this gem of a place. I trust Im in safe hands.
