Kevin Barger It was my first visit today, I didn’t have work done yet, but every staff member that I talked to was extremely polite. And they were all very helpful. The dental hygienist was knowledgeable and very kind. And the doctor talked to me and he explained everything in detail, and he was able to answer all of the questions and concerns I had. Good atmosphere, and very nice staff.

melissa sendek I highly recommend Perry Dental Associates! They provide a thorough exam, X-rays, and a gentle cleaning. Corey did my cleaning, and she was fantastic—so kind and professional. Both she and Dr. Shelton have such a friendly, calming demeanor, which really helps put me at ease at the dentist. Great experience all around!

amy fisher Beware!! I had a crown and some other dental work done February 2023. The crown that was put on, came off around a year after being put on. I was not happy with the experience at this office the first time, so I decided to go to a different dentist for the second crown on the same tooth. My insurance would not pay for another new crown, so I had to pay out of pocket. I called the office in February of this year and spoke to the office manager. I was told they guarantee their crowns for 2 years. She said we could start the refund process after she spoke to the owner. She said she would call me back and she never did. I called and left messages for her on her voicemail and with the person who answered the phone. I feel like I am being avoided. I tried to deal with this the best way possible. I highly recommend going to a different dentist. I will be moving forward reporting the work that has been done from this office, as well as the terrible business practices. This is a shame.

Janet Tran This was my first visit to this dental office after relocating, and Ive always struggled with dental anxiety stemming from childhood experiences. However, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and friendly, maintaining open communication before my visit to ensure that my insurance was in order. The hygienist took my x-rays and patiently answered all my questions, which significantly eased any anxiety before she began the cleaning. When the Dr came in, he walked through any concerns I had and addressed them. All the stars! Thanks !

Jerry Willis Initial visit could not have been more satisfying! From the friendly greeting by receptionist Amber, then Becky the Tech, and finally meeting Dr Westmoreland. He was pleasant, personable, and put me at ease right away. At 85 years of age, Ive seen many dentists, but never had such a thorough explanation of my issues. After that, he offered me options to proceed. I would recommend this practice to anyone; in fact, my wife decided to switch to them as well.

Byron Bailey If you have to go to the dentist this is definitely the place to go! Just had my first appointment and had my teeth cleaned. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. The office was bright, clean modern and comfortable. My hygienist, Sarah, greeted me at the exact time of my appointment. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and did a great job. Sarah had all the latest equipment available to get the job done - no scraping! Dr Westmoreland followed up with an explanation of the condition of my teeth and helpful information for the future. Very nice guy I am 82 years old and this was probably my most pleasant visit ever to a dental office. Wes Park Family Dentistry is for sure the place to go!

I would recommend peach family dental to anyone I call for an appointment one day and was seen the next. I had broken a tooth that needed to be pulled and I had a wisdom tooth that was painful occasionally. She pulled both teeth. The procedure was painless. She’s really Good

M S Dr. Fisher placed a crown in mouth earlier this year. I complained about the placement of the crown from the very beginning. I told her the crown felt too big for my mouth and was causing bite issues and pain. She adjusted one time and after that, decided it wasnt her issue. She tried to gaslight me into thinking I needed a root canal and that I had an infection. She refused to take the crown out and said it wasnt in her "plan of care". After many months of jaw pain, headaches, neck spasms, inability to eat comfortably and so much more, neurologists, oral surgeons, MRIs, cat scans, x rays, orthodontists, endodontists, root canal specialists, dentists, and invisalign for pain relief, I finally got the crown removed for the issue to possibly be a pinched nerve in the tooth that she put the crown on. Its only been 24 hours and I feel such a huge relief. Heres the kicker. I have to pay out of pocket for a new crown ($700) because the original dentist (Fisher) needs to redact the claim on their end through insurance in order for a new one to be covered. In the last 8 months I have spent thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses for something she couldve fixed immediately by simply listening to her patient. This dentist puts her feelings and ego ahead of the needs of her patients. 0/0 recommend.

Michelle Fulkerson If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Fisher absolutely intentionally ruined my teeth in order to commit insurance fraud. I originally saw her for a cavity. ONE CAVITY. She stated I had EIGHT cavities (never in my life have I had this issue and I am 38.) Over the next few months she would fill 4-5 of those cavities. After each filling, I would begin experiencing severe pain that would last for weeks. After calling Fisher after hours concerned about my level of pain, she would state it was "normal". After the pain increased, she convinced me to come in for another appointment to inspect my situation further. When I did, she state that the tooth that she performed the filling on had a hairline fracture which explained my pain. She then would state I would need a crown on this tooth to fix the problem. This same experience happened on the 4 other teeth!! She would state that each tooth had a fracture and that I "probably had it prior to her filling the tooth." The only difference is that this subsequent time I would not return to her for dental care. If that was the case, why wouldnt she had noticed that prior and not have performed the filling on a fractured tooth? She continued to blame ME for my fractured teeth stating that I was probably unknowingly grinding my teeth. IVE NEVER GRINDED MY TEETH. Ever! Upon further research, it turns out this Dentist does this to patients on a regular basis in order to milk the insurance companies. She attempts to convince the patients that they need to continue to visit her for issues that SHE has created. Its fraud and now I have teeth that are permanently damaged as a result.

Kelly K Madison Odom is seriously the best. As a new patient at the facility I was so nervous coming into my appointment because I have been dismissed so many times for my chronic migraines. From the moment I stepped into the building I was greeted with smiling faces. My appointment with Madison was great! She took the time to actually listen to my concerns and is willing to help me navigate my chronic migraines! I am so happy to finally have a primary care who cares!! If I could give this clinic 10/10 stars I would! If you’re looking for a caring new clinic I highly recommend them! Thank you Perry Family Practice y’all are awesome!

Hannah P I have been going here for years, I love the fact that it is an all female driven practice. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. In fact, I had an appt today with Allyson Lancaster and my experience was so pleasant it moved me to leave a review. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted instantly and checked in with the front desk, the triage nurse was so kind and reassuring you can tell she has true understanding and compassion for her patients and what she does, my visit with Ally was pleasant as always, she came in the room quickly, took the time needed and answered all of my questions. I never feel like I’m being rushed or turned in and out like cattle. I always receive callbacks from the desk nurse cal line, and my prescriptions are always sent in without fail. If ever an issue with my insurance arises, they work out whatever kink or prior authorization is needed. In a world where healthcare gets such an unfair bad wrap- these ladies do it right! They are most certainly the Chick-fil-A of healthcare in our area.

Franklin Cadenhead Perry Family Practice has been the best decision we have made. They are so considerate and do all they can to provide care quickly. They worked me in Friday morning after a Thursday night injury to do their part in helping me to a quicker recovery. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and Madison Odom. If you are looking someone who will actually listen and take in what you are experiencing, there are none better than Madison in my experience.

Nicole Drennan While the office staff is friendly, there are several areas that need improvement. Reaching the office by phone is consistently difficult, which complicates scheduling and communication. The waiting area is uncomfortably cold, so be prepared for a long wait—our appointments typically lasted around two hours. During our first visit, my children’s routine cleanings took much longer than expected, and parents were not permitted to accompany young children, which may be concerning for some. On our second visit, my 7-year-old required a numbing injection for a small cavity, but I was again not allowed to be present for support, even just to hold her hand. This policy may not be suitable for families with young or anxious children. We will definitely be switching to a more reputable and "kid-friendly" office.

Since Thanksgiving Ive had to visit the hospital for this tooth ! Hoco health department told me to call Fantastic Smiles this morning and they got me in SAME DAY ! My appt was at 1:00 and with the whole process , I was out in 2 hrs ! The front desk staff were super friendly and concerned considering the fact I came in in tears and with my face wrapped up like a mummie !The doctors assistants were very welcoming as well and made sure I understood my pre and post opp instructions.They also made sure I had everything I needed during my visit . Dr.Marables office alone is a very relaxing environment and he definitely did a awesome job on removing my tooth safely to be an expecting patient ! I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone, ESPECIALLY if you are in pain and need a tooth gone ASAP !! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Ginger Vickery We have to pay for my daughter’s dental work due to no dental insurance. Dr Poole offers a discount for paying in cash that we take advantage of. We really love Dr Poole being her dentist. He is a really good dentist and he has done a lot of work to safe her teeth. He explained the importance of good brushing and dental floss to her because he is concerned about us spending all that money and it being a waste unless kept clean and maintained. Dr Poole and his entire staff are friendly, polite and professional and we appreciate them so much. I would recommend Dr Poole to everyone and so glad he has been so friendly and professional each time we have been in for a visit. My daughter use to be nervous about the dentist chair but likes Dr Poole and his staff a lot. So thank you all for helping her and keeping visit pleasant.

Evelyn House I wouldnt dream of going to another dentist than Dr. Banardo. I am 83 years old and have been to many dentist over the years, but Dr. Banardo is by far the best. She makes sure the procedures are as painless as possible and is pleasant and professional. Her staff is just as wonderful. .

Nathan Dr. Doyle’s practice is doing well, he has no shortage of patients, and he’s not afraid to let you feel how little he needs your business. If being treated like another appointment in a long list doesn’t bother you, this may be the right practice for you. Personally I felt rushed while he kept reminding us he was behind on appointments and wanted to move on. His staff were all great and patient, They keep this from being a 1 star review.

Jessica Green I have been going to Dr Doyle for my root canals for years; he is absolutely the best. He is so caring and attentive with his patients and really makes you feel comfortable during the process. His staff is phenomenal as well.

Tina Erickson First, I had to miss my last cleaning so the amazing ladies up front called me several times to offer up available appointments and today I was able to make it. This is the 3rd cleaning I have had here and the most thorough cleaning ever. Thats the second time Ive said that since being accepted as a patient almost 2 years ago. I have also had to bring my husband for extensive dental work following a prolonged hospitalization. Dr. Strandburg has done fantastic work for a very reasonable price. His personality put my husband at ease and he was able to sit thru several long sessions. The entire atmosphere of this place and the people who work there is unlike most dental offices. If you are at all anxious about dental work, this is rhe place to go. I am so glad we found this place!!

I called in from the Metro Atlanta with an enormous amount of tooth pain and swelling on a "Friday" afternoon and was looking for a new and permanent dentist that could take care of my issue before the weekend."I did not expect nothing but delays and unavailable openings in this scenario" so I was totally shocked that the scheduler made it her mission to see me that day! I told her I was about 2 hours away and she gave me their latest availability. I was so grateful! She told me NO One likes to be uncomfortable with pain for that long (paraphrasing). They took me in and treated me as if I was their first patient of the day (430pm), gave me an evaluation, X-rays, and spoke with Dr Strandburg. He gave me a thorough understanding of what was going on and what my options were. I was completely at ease and thankful for his time and concern. Days later I was relieved of the pain and swelling. I am totally surprised that there are still dental offices like this around who cares first!

Leading Lady I’d give zero if I could. Do not go to Dr Koch. She did an unnecessary root canal and crown. This women is money hungry. The office goes through your insurance and tells you how much you have left so they can do unnecessary procedures to use all the insurance. She didn’t even do the crown right. She grind my tooth down too far causing a bacteria pocket to form near the crown. This other dentist had to fix her work. I’m surprised this Dentist is still in business. Run away. Horrible Dentist.

David Luersen I went for a check up after moving to the area. I was told I had two teeth that were in pretty bad shape but probably wouldn’t need any major work. After it was all said and done and listening to her so called expertise advice, she recommended two root canals. I did not feel good about it and should have listened to my gut, but who are we? We’re not dentists. Needless to say I went through with it. Very painful! She numbed me but I told her I could still feel it. She didn’t seem to care. Just kept on going. Afterward, the temporary was jagged and sharp, causing pain to my tongue. Needless to say the temporary cracked off before I went back for the root canal. She seemed very impersonal as if this was just a paycheck and all about the money.

Aaron Gilpin I came in for a cavity and they drilled out my molars to basically nothing and filled them with some yellow looking filling, said she needed to do a root canal on one and done it with a temporary filling. Them instead of talking with me blasted my credit score and charged me an additional 1200 dollars for work that wasn’t even done. I never got a cap on the tooth with a root canal and the Molar still has that yellow stuff in it… they were very fast couldn’t hardly speak with them or carry a conversation because they were trying to get the the next person to quickly. I wouldn’t recommend my dog to go here. This is how she left my mouth!!!!
