Nathan Holloway: I dropped my truck off to get a few things done under the impression it would be done within a week. My appointment had been scheduled two weeks prior and it wasn’t a surprise i was coming. I called a few days later to check on the progress and was told it had already been painted and they were waiting for it to dry to do final touches. That day, a friend of mine went by and noticed my truck had not been touched. I called and asked why they lied about having it almost ready for pick up and was told they would “start on it today”. I immediately went to get my vehicle. I didn’t appreciate being lied to when trying to give them my business. Because of them i now have to wait again for someone else to fix it.
Jamie Eaton: This tire was supposed to go on a brand new rim that was in the back seat. But as you can clearly see it did not. The new rim was still in the original new box that came in. At least this lesson only cost me $137.75. Michael had asked me to bring my rim back to them, he wanted one chance to make it right. Absolutely complete and correct❗
I had my Father-in-law take his truck there to have the alternator fixed, weve had no problem out of the alternator sense ‼️
At least things got fixed and done correctly when it was owned by Keith Bone❗‼️

2-21-25 - The Management reached out to me (when they could finally get in contact with me) and ask if they could make this right ❗ They have my rim & tire , I pray that they are able to take care of it ⁉️ Humans make mistakes, good people try to make it right ❗I took my father-in-laws truck here to get the alternator replaced ‼️ Great work and thank you all‼️2-27-24 They have not had a chance to do anything with my rim & tire⁉️
