I get there few minutes before closing and he was not angry bc I came at closing time. He put on another tire and checked my other tires in a very quick without any waiting time. Lena Wms My story of how I met David and Brian began last week at Advance Auto Shop. My back right blinker was out and my cigarette lighter wasn’t working so I was trying to get it fixed. I am STANDING in Advance at their closing time, trying to get someone to I was purchasing. “We only install wipers, Ma’am,.” Bout that time,, Ma’am, the shop is across the street, or I can help you here in the parking lot. My name is David. He fixed my taillight, which just needed a mechanic’s touch. Then he began to work on my car lighter. Checking fuses, which were fine, he suggested we move to the shop. I followed him there. I was in shock. I assumed this shop was for high-performance cars only. Of course, that is all I had ever heard there. I told him that I used to live right across the street and had seen many race cars in and out,/ of his shop. I’m very excited to discover they will work on my car too! Car charger is now working, not a fuse as believed. Or is it? I purchased an iPhone car charger and attempted to charge my phone on a trip Monday. Nope! I return to the shop on Tuesday looking for David but I find Brian instead of David. Brian dropped a phone call, listened intently to my issue, and jumped into action. He worked on my car for 2.5 hours completely re-wiring my car lighter. Labeled everything in case we need to get back into it later. A true professional! He has one more part yet to finish, but he’s bringing that from home this morning. Right now, I’m just waiting for his 8am doors to open so he can finish my lil turned huge. Don Tidwell Went in for a Florida rebuilt titled scooter that was bringing into GA. They sent the information and I put the down a deposit for the inspection and received an appointment date and time. The day by before I received a reminder text about my appointment and instructions to bring my Florida rebuilt title. Arrived on my appointment time early. I paid the balance for the inspection. The inspector checked the VIN and mileage against the title and did a standard safety inspection. Entire inspection lasted 30 minutes. Very efficient staff.

earl cooper Dropped off my car 2 days prior to the day they told me to bring it. Work was supposed to be finished on Tuesday....a week later and another Tuesday. No call or anything. They are totally unprofessional, constantly have an attitude with me after I paid for a service and they took my money. Tried to use a local service instead of going with the big national companies. I learned my lesson and would never recommend this shop to anyone

Althea Brinson I took my Jaguar XF to Automotive Collision Center on March 9, 2022, for them to put in a Regulator that they claimed they could do but instead of admitting they couldn’t fix it they broke my regulator and put sticks in my window to keep it from falling down and mind you before I took my Jaguar to them my window was fine. ACC is not a good place to do body work on any foreign cars but will not tell you they can’t do the work but will tear your car up. The manager there is very racist and is very rude when they messed up!!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there. Terrible business.

If you have to call him he does pick up his phone or if you leave a message he will return your call. Hes just a great all around person. If you have a problem with your transmission I strongly suggest you take it to Clark were you will be treated fairly

Mr clark said the problem sounds like your cv joints. He fixed both sides for 1,100 .clark transmission is the best place for transmission repair and save you money, I Guarantee it. And HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Jennifer Hampton I used this towing to move my rv. They were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They tore up my rv and was rude to my family, fussing and cussing in front of my 78 year old Christian grand mother. They were not careful with my property at all AND wanted to leave it sitting out in the road .... out in the road, what kind of service is that ??? The job was too much for them to figure out. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Larry, the owner, said that he would ask his guys what happened like they wont lie .. a $316.00 quote turned into a $650.00 charge to me. Leaving my rv tore up and nothing they will do about it. Very unprofessional and rude! Do not use these crooks......FIND A BETTER PLACE

Dick Horn On October 28th, 2013 I had my Mazda Miata towed from Thomasville, GA to Valdosta, GA by Royces Towing. As a result of the tow, the hood of car became misaligned. At first, they agreed to pay for the repairs to the car, then today they changed their mind and refused to pay for the repair. Rather than use a flat bed towing vehicle, they picked the sports car up by its rear wheels and towed it in that fashion. This towing method put stress on the front of the car and this caused the aluminum hood to become misaligned.
