Steve Clark while traveling cross country in may ran into a issue and was able call states ahead , knowing would be there with family and joe scheduled us in and made it happen! it took a couple of extra days due to some unforeseen issues, but was impressed that the items that arose were taken care of on their nickel! They kept on the original quoted price!! very rare today... thanks guys, got all the way west and a couple mountain towing trips and all is well . recommend them for those needing their service.

He also tends to find other issues that need to be repaired and offers to help with those while he had things apart instead of waiting and telling me after. Kevin Johnson These folks are honest and trustworthy. Another shop in Acworth told us we had engine failure on our 2014 Dodge Challenger. Driving horribly shaking and engine lights flashing. Got a second opinion from Priest and Holcomb and it was simply the O2 sensors. Car works and drives fine. We found our new home for any auto repairs.

D Adams Im revising my review because I cant honestly rate their mechanics. But I can rate their ethics and moral character. I dropped my car here that I was requested by the buyer and he was going to Zelle me the money the same day. Three days of excuses from the buyer and no money, I let her know Im calling the mechanic shop and picking my car up. When I called the female that answered the phone was very nice and told me my car was ready and the price. I said ok I will pick it up and pay the bill. Shen then puts me on hold and comes back with a nasty attitude that the bill was paid and I didnt drop the car off. She then hung up on me and I called back several times and emailed them my title, registration and tag. Proof of ownership and said I would pay the bill and refund the other person. I explained that they had not paid me anything for my suv and was going to pick it up. She then told me they has brought it back to get more work done. I said it was not their vehicle and would pick it up. She yelled its going to be a while and then after I emailed my paperwork and called back she said the car was gone. They clearly knew there was an issue and decided to side with the swindler obviously they were friends. My opinion "Birds of feather flock together" beware.

Aletha Gill My family and I have been coming to service street for years! Weve gotten the oil change packages, tire rotation, replacements, headlights changed, filters upgraded, etc. Yesterday Adam went above and beyond with customer service and Id like to give him kudos, along with Jeff at the front desk and all the other staff. I know I can trust them for all my basic car needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Never had any issues and they get you fixed and out a soon a possible. Something I thought was major was something quite minor and I feel any other big company would have gave me the run around. Trump 2024 I contacted many different garages and I found this one and I contacted them and spoke with Alyssa who has a lovely great personality! She gave me all quotes upfront and was very precise. I dropped my car off to have a new clutch installed. They contacted me when the job was completed three days later.. I went and picked the car up. The invoice was exactly what she quoted and the car drove perfectly. Thank you

Therrion Dallas collision did a great job. 5 working days to get back. They blended the paint in like a champ. The staff a was helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work.

Liquid Puffin This is the absolute best towing company that I have ever done business with. Working in the transportation industry, I deal with a lot of tow truck companies. The gentleman that came out helped me offload my Jaguar and Hyundai from a semi truck trailer, and he absolutely worked his tail off to get my Jag out of the trailer. He never once complained, had a positive can-do attitude, and ultimately, he prevailed. I will definitely be doing business with this company again. This company has a work ethic of days passed.

Lawrence Thomas Best mechanic hands downs very knowledgeable and has updated equipment. Quick story I had problems with my 2017 Chrysler 300. My main mechanic thought he fixed it 3 times ( but didn’t). Charge me and arm and leg to practically do nothing. So he came to a dead end and couldn’t fix the issue said it was an electrical issue. Referred me to Abe come to find out it was never a electrical issue and Abe diagnosed it and fix the real issue for a better price that my “main mechanic “did and since then I won’t use anyone else to work on my vehicles. And he is also a really good guy and reliable and respectful. 100% only recommend Abe. Thanks again for all your hard work it does not go unnoticed.
