Really happy I found this auto repair Im happy to come back 5.15.2024 Called and spoke with Jimmy multiple times with many questions. He has always been friendly and professional. I found this shop on google while calling other locations about replacing my catalytic converter. After talking and feeling comfortable, I booked my appointment. I didnt live close as it was a 30min drive but I am very happy with how my experience was and happy to recommend to others that need a repair. I am happy to go back when for my next repairs

4 /5 Kimberly Jordan: I was referred by Dallas Tire- Regan because my ford focus was loosing coolant and the previous mechanic said he could not find anything. It ended up having three leaks, the purge valve needed to be replaced too. The price was heavy but it was a lot of work so I cannot and dont hold that against them. They did the work in reasonable time frame and kept in close contact and gave me updates as it went along. I am now having issues with my husbands truck and have a call in for them to take a look at it. Nice work, very respectful, and timely.

Gabby Watson: I am very disappointed! I was hesitant to go here but I needed something close to home so that I didn’t have to drive my car any further. Big mistake. I trusted them that they’d find the problem and fix it. Instead a week after leaving the shop my check engine light was back on. I brought it back to them to correct the problem. And they “did” but not even a few days later, check engine light was back on along with a message telling me that my Engine Temperature was hot and to service electronic throttle control. Which was not an error message prior to bringing it in to them. On top of that they wanted another $195 to do something that they called level 1 testing. The claim was that I needed a Thermostat Rationality DTC set and I paid $1200 for a problem that was not resolved only to be asked for more money. In all honesty I would like my money back!

I got in contact with Patrick and advised that I believed the starter had gone out, and that I had a lifetime warranty on the part, but was unable to make it to the store to pick it up. After completing another job, Patrick showed up with the replacement starter and got me back up and running within minutes! Great customer service as well as passion and knowledge of vehicles! Lawrence Thomas: Best mechanic hands downs very knowledgeable and has updated equipment. Quick story I had problems with my 2017 Chrysler 300. My main mechanic thought he fixed it 3 times ( but didn’t). Charge me and arm and leg to practically do nothing. So he came to a dead end and couldn’t fix the issue said it was an electrical issue. Referred me to Abe come to find out it was never a electrical issue and Abe diagnosed it and fix the real issue for a better price that my “main mechanic “did and since then I won’t use anyone else to work on my vehicles. And he is also a really good guy and reliable and respectful. 100% only recommend Abe. Thanks again for all your hard work it does not go unnoticed.
