5 /5 Jeremy Graham: I pass by this shop every day on my way home, and yesterday I stopped in because my truck was making a whinny noise while backing up, I gotta tell ya, it was the best experience I’ve ever had when dealing with auto repair, I was greeted friendly and polite, the mechanic diagnosed the issue with in 20 mins and called me and told me why my truck was making that noise and what needed to be done to fix it, (new u-joints) and had me back on the road within 2 hours. I highly recommend this place.

5 /5 Kynjoi: These people are the sweetest and kindest people you’ll ever meet! They are very thorough and completely upfront and honest with you about pricing and what work will be done on your car. As a woman I’m always scared about getting scammed (I know nothing about cars lol) and they even took pictures of the problem in my car to show me and reassure me! They also give you the complete itemized bill before work gets done on your car so you know exactly what’s going on! It’s an amazing place and I 100% recommend them to anyone! I’ll only be using them for my car service and even my partner is going to start going to them! :) great people! Oh and I forgot to mention they fixed my car so quick! I was originally quoted 5 days for repair by the dealer and he was able to get it done in 1 for 1/3 of the price! Love this place. Very happy customer.

The team here is nothing short of that. Their customer service, and quality of work is only exceeded by their honesty. Additionally they make me feel like part of the family! If I can help it, I will never have to find another mechanic…which if you know how important that is, you won’t waste another minute taking your vehicle(s) anywhere else. 5 /5 Kathy McGrew: MC Auto is AMAZING. Not once, but twice, they have been able to repair my son’s 20 year old F150. The most recent repair occurred after my son took his truck to a shop in Columbus, GA to have his brakes replaced. They returned his truck after damaging it without repairing the brakes. MC Auto was able to repair the damage done and make the necessary repairs prior to my son’s relocation to NC. I highly recommend MC Auto.
