Jonnie Perez I wouldnt ever go back to this shop again. My car spent a total of around 2 months out of service and they still didnt even fix the problem. They charged me 700$ to replace a sensor and a week later the same code pops back up again. They kept making false assurances that they would start on my car one a certain day and never would. I had to take my car to another shop where they informed me that the sensor they changed was bad and they had to replace it again.

Diahan Walker-Sealy This is a different sort of review in that Henderson Collision actually didnt do any work for me. Why I had to give them five stars? Because of their honesty. I brought a particular foreign model car to their establishment and Ricky (a 30y employee) informed me that they no longer work on models from that specific brand because of the bells and whistles that hamper simple repair (electronic recalibrations and other things). Still , he provided an estimate to give me an idea how much it will likely cost and further provided me with two referrals. I found them on NextDoor where they had the best reviews and I see why. I may have to just buy a car that they do service just so I can finally be a proper customer. :D

Not only did I get a great quote over the phone, I was able to bring my car in same day and there was no wait when I got there. Once they were done with my headlights before I checked out ... I was asked did I want to go ahead with an oil change, since I was over due. I was quoted a great price and went ahead with the additional service. RMT Investors I had brakes and rotors installed on my vehicle here. I also mentioned that my radio wasnt working and asked Ike if he could look at it while emphasizing it was not a priority. He stated he was able to work on the radio as well. The next day, I received a call from Ike stating that the brakes were done, the radio was fixed but he couldnt get my driver side window to roll up. That Id need to purchase a window regulator and have it installed quoting a price of $600 something dollars. I emphatically declined as I have NEVER had an issue with my driver window up to this point. I advised that he needed to do whatever possible to get the window back up. I called back to check on the status and miraculously, the window rolled up. By the way, I have not had this issue since receiving my vehicle back. After picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the 4 wheel drive needs service was scrolling across the message screen and it was no longer engaged. I brought this to Ikes attention stating he probably accidentally unplugged it because the buttons are placed right above the radio. He denied this as well, stating that my vehicle is older and may be showing signs of wear. I will caution you if you decide to have your vehicle repaired here. I gave 2 stars vs 1 because the brakes work fine but I gave 2 out of 5 stars due to the lack of customer service. Once I took the vehicle to another technician and had them look at it, they confirmed that the 4 wheel drive had been unplugged and fixed the issue. Exactly what I told Ike he probably did but he wanted to be right vs listen. I drove back to Socapine to explain my dissatisfaction with the services rendered and to let Ike know he did indeed unplug the 4 wheel drive. I also gave him a suggestion to listen to customers going forward both male and female vs trying to argue a point. Visit at your own risk.

My pregnant daughter went and they tried charging her 30 more. They lied and said they never had a tire in stock then said it sold. Called a different tire shop same tire 55 dollars. Be careful they definitely are taking advantage of young women because they think women dont know about cars. Very sad.

Chris Vennekamp After 7 years of working with this man and all the money I’ve spent with him, and all the people I’ve sent him,I can’t believe he just did this to me. Took my wife’s 370z in for spark plugs and coil change being the car was misfiring. 1,400.0 later, the car is was still misfiring. He told me that it was because my valve cover gasket was no good. Another 500 later, guess who was still misfiring. The 370 of course. He tells me that there’s nothing wrong with it that he can tell and sends me away. I take it to another shop down the road and within an hr they had found the bad coil and replaced it. The fact that he did me like that over an hour of his time and a part that was under warranty on his side is something I can’t comprehend. And the way he acted like I was bothering him bringing it back when I was being nothing but nice about everything. You lost a good customer over a tiny bit of your time to find the problem you could have easily fixed for me. And you’ll lose all those I sent you and would have sent you.

Jeremy Graham I pass by this shop every day on my way home, and yesterday I stopped in because my truck was making a whinny noise while backing up, I gotta tell ya, it was the best experience I’ve ever had when dealing with auto repair, I was greeted friendly and polite, the mechanic diagnosed the issue with in 20 mins and called me and told me why my truck was making that noise and what needed to be done to fix it, (new u-joints) and had me back on the road within 2 hours. I highly recommend this place.

Kynjoi These people are the sweetest and kindest people you’ll ever meet! They are very thorough and completely upfront and honest with you about pricing and what work will be done on your car. As a woman I’m always scared about getting scammed (I know nothing about cars lol) and they even took pictures of the problem in my car to show me and reassure me! They also give you the complete itemized bill before work gets done on your car so you know exactly what’s going on! It’s an amazing place and I 100% recommend them to anyone! I’ll only be using them for my car service and even my partner is going to start going to them! :) great people! Oh and I forgot to mention they fixed my car so quick! Rahil Jones As a business owner I take pride in my work quality over quantity, my experience with Tim was ok in the beginning after taking my truck to him and him fixing the problem which was said to be front wheel hub bearings problem was fixed noise went away all for about 5 -6 months took the true back to him for same problem same noise coming back. He then stated to me that he checked the front wheel hub bearings and they where fine all in while that he only replaced the front right hub bearings and not the left leaving the loud noise again and telling me that the noise was coming from my rear end and quoted me 4500 dollars to fix. I then told him I would bring it back to be repaired as he stated I had time before my rear end went out, I recently went somewhere else to get the rear end fix due to having read Mr Tim’s reviews and not being comfortable with him doing any more work on my truck as I have almost been in multiple accidents since because of Mr Tim not correctly fixing the problem as it should . Driveline leafs and springs was paid to fix my rearmed but found there was nothing wrong with my rear end they said everything looked great with that being said I asked them to test drive the truck and I got a call back saying the noise is from my front hub bearings and that they jacked up the front of the truck and seen that my left and right hub bearings where lose and no good and needed to be replaced I paid them to fix and replace them problem and noise went away. Mr Tim is a scam artist and a rip off if you don’t have knowledge of what’s going on with your own vehicle even just a little I advice you to stay away I was almost involved in multiple accidents due to potholes and my hub bearings being lose and my truck shaking vibrantly and uncontrollable felt like the front was going to fall off and had no control of steering once it started especially in turns I will be filling a lawsuit as I seeks and and service twice before going elsewhere and service was not rendered causing me more money and problems for a issue that I had already paid to be fixed. I hope this reaches individuals to be Leary of Mr Tim and his shop thank you

Dennis Saunders So it’s a Friday night and I take my son to go fishing at Lost Mountain Park. When I got there I realized I had lost 2 of my 5 lugs and they were broken off, then I realized a 3rd lug was about to break off too. I had my truck towed to Alpha Auto Center at 10:00PM Friday night. Saturday morning David called me with what it needs. It needed a lot because I rode around on a wobbly wheel for a week or two. Kelsey, my mechanic, did an amazing job and they got it all done by Saturday afternoon! I really enjoyed the quick turnaround and communication! I highly recommend Alpha auto center for your car and truck repairs. Thanks to them I’m back at work quickly, a must for a pool guy in June.

Gabby Watson I am very disappointed! I was hesitant to go here but I needed something close to home so that I didn’t have to drive my car any further. Big mistake. I trusted them that they’d find the problem and fix it. Instead a week after leaving the shop my check engine light was back on. I brought it back to them to correct the problem. And they “did” but not even a few days later, check engine light was back on along with a message telling me that my Engine Temperature was hot and to service electronic throttle control. Which was not an error message prior to bringing it in to them. On top of that they wanted another $195 to do something that they called level 1 testing. The claim was that I needed a Thermostat Rationality DTC set and I paid $1200 for a problem that was not resolved only to be asked for more money. In all honesty I would like my money back!

Maro Gang Went here for the first time to get an alignment on my 2017 Honda Accord. They did a lazy job on it, saying that the front camber and caster is not adjustable when in fact it is, there are bolts that are eccentric w slots to move the shock/strut assembly. I also wasn’t satisfied with the rear camber as my rear is FULLY adjustable and they have one side at -2 and the other at -1.2. So I took it back to give them a chance to fix their mistakes. Well they didn’t, this is basically a toe and go alignment shop and they don’t care about doing the job right. Will never return and will suggest to others not to get an alignment there. 1st pic is when I took it there, and 2nd is when I took it back.

Breezie Xtwo This place used to be top notch. But I took my car in Monday which had no problems other than the AC. Today I found out it doesnt even work anymore. They messed it up so bad that it doesnt even run. There was no problem with the car whatsoever. Except for the AC. Now the car that I had no issues with running, no longer runs because of something they did to it. I have never had a problem with a place like this place has done with vehicles. You bring a car in running just have a minor issue, they come back with it no longer runs. You cant bring a car in there and it come out still running anymore.
