When I got there I realized I had lost 2 of my 5 lugs and they were broken off, then I realized a 3rd lug was about to break off too. I had my truck towed to Alpha Auto Center at 10:00PM Friday night. Saturday morning David called me with what it needs. It needed a lot because I rode around on a wobbly wheel for a week or two. Kelsey, my mechanic, did an amazing job and they got it all done by Saturday afternoon! I really enjoyed the quick turnaround and communication! I highly recommend Alpha auto center for your car and truck repairs. Thanks to them I’m back at work quickly, a must for a pool guy in June.

David listens, handles the office but when he’s needed or maybe the guys need opinions he knows his stuff and there to lend a hand. I had no AC, the prior car place zI took it to could not figure it out David figured it out, got it fixed and it saved me $1500, it turned out it was not what the other auto place stated. So Thsnk you David you have done a wonderful job again, been coming to you for over 2 years, you take care of my kids cars too so THANK YOU God bless you and your work team

David and crew are honest, upfront and explain things very easily for those not mechanically inclined very well. Last repair I needed was 3 parts and was done in 24 hrs. Obviously this was based on current volume but it was much appreciated.

Gabby Watson: I am very disappointed! I was hesitant to go here but I needed something close to home so that I didn’t have to drive my car any further. Big mistake. I trusted them that they’d find the problem and fix it. Instead a week after leaving the shop my check engine light was back on. I brought it back to them to correct the problem. And they “did” but not even a few days later, check engine light was back on along with a message telling me that my Engine Temperature was hot and to service electronic throttle control. Which was not an error message prior to bringing it in to them. On top of that they wanted another $195 to do something that they called level 1 testing. The claim was that I needed a Thermostat Rationality DTC set and I paid $1200 for a problem that was not resolved only to be asked for more money. In all honesty I would like my money back!

Lawrence Thomas: Best mechanic hands downs very knowledgeable and has updated equipment. Quick story I had problems with my 2017 Chrysler 300. My main mechanic thought he fixed it 3 times ( but didn’t). Charge me and arm and leg to practically do nothing. So he came to a dead end and couldn’t fix the issue said it was an electrical issue. Referred me to Abe come to find out it was never a electrical issue and Abe diagnosed it and fix the real issue for a better price that my “main mechanic “did and since then I won’t use anyone else to work on my vehicles. And he is also a really good guy and reliable and respectful. 100% only recommend Abe. Thanks again for all your hard work it does not go unnoticed.

They charged me 700$ to replace a sensor and a week later the same code pops back up again. They kept making false assurances that they would start on my car one a certain day and never would. I had to take my car to another shop where they informed me that the sensor they changed was bad and they had to replace it again.
