1 /5 Loletta Gordon: I called to get a price on a tire last night quote was 97 dollars, they said they close at 6pm at 540 they were leaving for the night told me to come in the morning. My pregnant daughter went and they tried charging her 30 more. They lied and said they never had a tire in stock then said it sold. Called a different tire shop same tire 55 dollars. Be careful they definitely are taking advantage of young women because they think women dont know about cars. Very sad.

1 /5 Chris Vennekamp: After 7 years of working with this man and all the money I’ve spent with him, and all the people I’ve sent him,I can’t believe he just did this to me. Took my wife’s 370z in for spark plugs and coil change being the car was misfiring. 1,400.0 later, the car is was still misfiring. He told me that it was because my valve cover gasket was no good. Another 500 later, guess who was still misfiring. The 370 of course. He tells me that there’s nothing wrong with it that he can tell and sends me away. I take it to another shop down the road and within an hr they had found the bad coil and replaced it. The fact that he did me like that over an hour of his time and a part that was under warranty on his side is something I can’t comprehend. And the way he acted like I was bothering him bringing it back when I was being nothing but nice about everything. You lost a good customer over a tiny bit of your time to find the problem you could have easily fixed for me. And you’ll lose all those I sent you and would have sent you.

2 /5 Jason watkins: Before this visit, I use them three other times. For plugging a tire, front alignment, and to diagnose why my Acura was smoking a little. It was $150 for him to diagnose I have a small oil leak. I paid the $150. I had my vehicle towed there and It was fairly obvious that my battery and or alternator was bad because the battery would not stay charged. I asked Miguel if he could simply test my battery and my alternator, he said it will cost me $150 to do a diagnostic test. I asked him again, would he simply test my battery and alternator, because when I jump the vehicle off it would not stay started, which any mechanic knows that probably is a battery or alternator issue. He told me theres no guarantee it would be the battery or alternator therefore he had to charge me $150. If Miguel would have simply said I will test your battery and your alternator, but if thats not the problem and I have to look further I have to charge you $150, cool, Or charge me $75 to test the battery and alternator but if you have to go further it will be the full $150. Long story short, because I had my vehicle towed there, because I trusted Miguel to give me a little break. I went ahead and had him to do a diagnostic test which guess what, it came back a dead battery and alternator. He came back with a price of $1,300 for an alternator and battery. I dont think I need to say anymore. Im not bad-mouthing Miguel and his business Im simply saying that when a person tries to come back to you for repeat business, and you refuse to simply test a battery and an alternator for leass than $150 bucks. Then come up with a figure of $1,300 for a battery and alternator. He says he does use top of the line parts. All in all they are probably a very good and reliable shop. His prices are just a little bit too high and no room for negotiation or anyting.
