Vivian Johnson I called due to my 2004 f-150 not turning over, and the shifter cable needing replaced. They towed my truck over, and took about a week and a half for repairs. No one could tell us exactly what was done when we picked it up. It turned on fine, got it home, parked, 30 min later we got ready to leave and it wouldn’t turn on again. We called and left voicemails and was never returned by anyone. Truck has now been sitting for 2 weeks and money down the drain.

Lil Dee Built transmission 3 times and 100 miles and transmission goes back out. Didn’t tighten fly wheel bolts, didn’t put a new front pump, supposedly put in a billlet valve body. It’s not and it’s the wrong one for my transmission type to find out. spider gears are worn out and chipped. Overdrive lockout is still cheap factory style smh. No new sensors out the outside of transmission. Tail shaft leaks . Almost 5k down the drain smh. I had 2 new batteries one was messing but they did replace it with another new looking battery. But at less tell me something happened to my battery. I didn’t even want them to touch the truck anymore after this ‼️

Jennifer Dews I will never use this company again. I spent nearly $700 and as you can see and I still have multiple system errors showing. Let’s just say there is a serious miscommunication or listening problem. After returning my car a second time because errors were still showing up and it push started funny once more, I repeated what needed to be done. They kept my car through the weekend, Monday went by (no word), then Tuesday I called them. The mechanic said he pushed it to start and nothing showed. No check engine light, said he drove it 15 mins, no problem. When I picked it up THIS was my dash board. Then he preceded to explain that BSD was an error that had to do with my left wheel speed..something and he JUST noticed that when he cranked it back up before I got there. I will spare you the rest of his ignorance in this issue. I gave them two stars because the secretary was kind every time we spoke. I would not recommend R& N if you want your car FIXED.

Malayya F Ive had what I refer to as a "jumping" or "lurching" symptom with my vehicle that I had not been able to get resolved at the shop I used to go to locally. The day I came in to this establishment, my vehicle had suddenly began lurching more extremely & the check engine light came on. Luckily, I was right outside! The staff was kind and a mechanic was able to check on my vehicle within an hour even though they were about to close. They had parts ordered and my vehicle ready the very next day. It was quite a positive experience!

Jennifer Howell Mr. Shane is an awesome man. Had a problem at hometown supply with the tire. Needless to say had to drive it to Mr Shanes with one lug nut holding it on. Had just bought a tire at hometown supply but they broke a lug nut and then was going to charge me to fix it. But one of Mr Shanes guys went and bought lug nuts for me and another one of his guys put them on for me. Hopefully these men are blessed because they sure blessed me. Kindness goes a long way when people acutually use it. Thanks to Mr Shane and his guys Shanes Body Shop. And I had an awesome time while I waited talking with them all.

Kelly Bond Im the middle of a road trip, my vehicle flipped its lid and the check engine light started blinking. After calling all around town at the behest of my dealership, these wonderful folks had me bring it in. Everywhere else was booked up and uninterested. RCS had me all fixed up and back on the road in record time and at a remarkably decent price. So kind, friendly, and excellent work! If they were in my home town, theyd be my new mechanics. This was my first major repair that I took to them.was The initial estimate and diagnosis was kind of high but Arlene, the service writer worked patiently with me to get the price down into a more reasonable range by searching for alternative parts sourcing. The initial estimate was within the Repair Pal estimate range but the final cost was just half the higher estimate. I was kept in form each step of the way. Pretty impressive professionalism on the part of the part of the techs too. The 5yr 50k mile warranty is a big plus

Rachel Steinberg We had an issue on I85. We called to be sure the car could be towed there for service and Haley was kind and helpful. We later called about transportation and Kurt went above and beyond: picking up my family, bringing them to rent a car and waiting to be sure they were set before heading back to work. They communicated throughout the process and fixed the car as promised.

Andrew We came in for an estimate and paid $100 for an inspection. We were quoted over $2.4K in repair and labor costs for an intake manifold. Then the technician wanted to make us pay up to $4.5K for an entire bunch of other junk we did not need and lied to us saying it was required for them to do any work. On top of that, no other parts were researched or offered to lower the cost. We shopped around afterwards for different opinions, thankfully. We then went over to Trinity in Jefferson and had the same inspection, more economical parts offered, labor, and warranty for $1.5K. Honesty is important in any business and working with your customers creates loyalty.

Bracewell Loranda “LADYBUG” I dont normally complain or give bad reviews. My personal experience was not handled with professional courtesy. Several issues for complaint with work performed. The one that maybe stood out most was the $75 diagnosis report, they could not give me a copy or send to have a record on file. (The 3 year warranty on previous rebuild was null and void ). They didnt have that in the system for the record.

shoyle vickers Its too early to tell about the quality of the work weve only had time to drive a few miles. Everything seems fine so far. My issue is when I ask for a quote to get a repair done I expect to pay that price when I pick up my vehicle. I was quoted one price and I verified the price. I was also asked on a separate occasion what price I had been quoted and nothing was said to contradict that quote but when I went to pick up my vehicle the price had increased by $300. When I questioned the increase I was told very coldly that was the price I would be charged. Upon returning home I checked my notes and I had written along with my notes the price I had told her. I know what I heard and I know what I wrote. I could have accepted a $50 or less increase plus tax but $300 was a bit much on top of being called a liar. I normally dont do reviews but besides not using this business again I felt the need to. No offense to the owner or mechanics just the front office help.

Tyler Riddle Never went. Got quoted $100-$105 for an oil change and tire rotation. I can go to Fussell in Valdosta and get both done for $55. Tire rotation is free over there. $25 here just to rotate some tires.
