5 /5 Nuas Smith: My name is Kay I couldn’t make it to my normal nail Tech, which is about an hour away however Icon nails is walking distance from my house and I decided to give them a try. I did try them when they first came. They were under a different management and I did not like the service so that’s why I didn’t go back but now that it is under another management. I gave him another chance and Peter did a great job on my feet and they did an awesome job on my nails considering I needed a fill-in and I really need new nails, but they did to fill-in the same way my Tic we have done. I really appreciate them and will be going back again!

I like this place, the work is good and customer service is good as well. **Update** just left from this nail salon and once again the results are great. The energy is calm and the techs are nice and friendly. I got a full set and pedicure and the manager(I’m assuming) always does great on the French . And the guy Peter that did my pedicure was amazing as well and really paid attention to detail and took his time. Also gave a really good leg/foot massage like omg.Really great service and will be returning.

Lashone Smith: I had an appointment for a fill in and color change for my toes. My appointment was scheduled for 2. I did not get seen until 2:20. When the young guy that works there started my nails I knew immediately this was not going to be a good experience. He kept getting up repeatedly to get the supplies that he needed for my nails. When all of these things should be at the station. When he applied excessive acrylic to my nails they started to slant, When I became mad and frustrated the guy that works at the very front station took over! Then the nightmare continued! As he started rushing my nails because obviously they over booked. When he finished polishing my nails, they where a mess!! When I complained he said he would fixed them, by that time I had already been there almost 2 hours. I said NO I’ll come back another day. The next day my polish started to peel and bubble. I went back day 3 to get them redone, my polish stated to bubble and peel once again! I will NEVER go back there!! Horrible service! And they don’t even wash their hands or areas after each customer. They used the same pedicure tools on hands as well! I was disgusted!!

Angelica Strickland: To say that I love this set of nails is such an understatement! Lee took his time and used absolute precision. The way he got my nails together was like watching an artist paint. My-u (sorry if I spelled this wrong!) always does her thing with the paint job. I am over the moon with this new set. I wanted Valentines Day nails and they did not disappoint! Id give them 10 stars if I could! Customer service is always top notch. I highly recommend this establishment.

Tammy Powell: I love this salon! Tina and Laura are wonderful! I often dont have any idea of what I want to do and they are great and helping me decide what goes well together. Tina does ombre on my nails with great precision and Im always super happy! I sometimes get ingrown nails on my big toes and Laura gets them back in perfect shape. Plus shes super gentle! Thank you ladies!

Emily Drobnick: Me and my sister in law just went to get two pedicures and one manicure and I had Michelle she did my pedicure and she was awesome! I loved my toes they looked good. But my sister in law had a terrible experience. First her chair was broken so no massage and no jet in the bath (Although I will say they offered to switch to a different chair but we wanted to sit together) next we for her toes her pedicure was good but her polish was AWFUL she asked for a light peach color with sparkles in it and when she put it on her toes it was BRIGHT orange not at all what she wanted so when she confirmed with Anna that it was the same color she showed us it was the same number it just doesn’t look like what we asked for because we didn’t get it in gel. This is where it went so downhill. If the regular polish was going to look dramatically different than the nail sample something should be said. Anna did not tell us that and the color was so off and my sister in law was so unhappy with it and she told Anna and she just brushed it off and said it’s the same number. So when I told her that her toes don’t match the sample we picked and asked if she could switch the color she looked at me and ignored me and I asked again and she just kept telling me it was the same color. Ridiculous. My sister in law didn’t even get the color she wanted on her fingers because she was too nervous it would look ridiculously off like her toe color and just got the same color I already did. Michelle was awesome, Anna was not. Prices here are reasonable and the salon is clean and everyone else we came into contact with was nice but Anna was too rushed and not a quality tech, very rude. Wish I would’ve gotten a refund.

They only offer cheese pizza with the birthday packages, while other places allow the customer to choose the food options. We also could have benefited from an extra host because some girls had nothing to do while the others were getting services.

Kristin Jones: Would not recommend if you’re looking for anything besides a simple polish on your nails. Prior to today, I would’ve considered the service and quality of nails decent for the price, but that’s no longer the case. I asked for a simple design because I’ve previously experienced lackluster design skills from this salon. I was charged $75 for a simple and crooked line design on my nails. When I asked for them to fix the nails, I was asked to come back the following day which is an inconvenience. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years, so this experience was really disappointing. I asked for some sort of partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience and poor quality of work and I was denied. I will not be returning. I’d recommend finding another salon or nail tech before spending your money here.
