Lashone Smith I had an appointment for a fill in and color change for my toes. My appointment was scheduled for 2. I did not get seen until 2:20. When the young guy that works there started my nails I knew immediately this was not going to be a good experience. He kept getting up repeatedly to get the supplies that he needed for my nails. When all of these things should be at the station. When he applied excessive acrylic to my nails they started to slant, When I became mad and frustrated the guy that works at the very front station took over! Then the nightmare continued! As he started rushing my nails because obviously they over booked. When he finished polishing my nails, they where a mess!! When I complained he said he would fixed them, by that time I had already been there almost 2 hours. I said NO I’ll come back another day. The next day my polish started to peel and bubble. I went back day 3 to get them redone, my polish stated to bubble and peel once again! I will NEVER go back there!! Horrible service! And they don’t even wash their hands or areas after each customer. They used the same pedicure tools on hands as well! I was disgusted!!

lisa smith I work in the cafeteria at a high school. We aren’t allowed to wear nail polish, false nails, or even have long natural nails. I love when summer comes and schools are out because I get my nails done and I always come here(only have to go about 3 to 4 times before I have to have them soaked off). I always seem to come back to these ladies because they always do a great job and are very friendly.

Sonya Clark I have been coming to this nail salon for a while, and have spent a lot of money here. However my last few experiences havent been great. I recently decided that I was going to cut back in areas of spending, I first decided pedicures ,one because I noticed discoloration on my big toe, that know one mentioned they kept covering up with polish so I never knew. Be mindful when they are doing your nails at the same time your getting a pedicure they place a pillow on your lap so you cant see your toes. Im not sure what actually caused the dark toenail, I just knew that it needed to get better. After that I decided to stop the SNS which the last time they were done, it was not good, I had them removed and got a basic manicure. However the lady that did the manicure didnt do a great job. The service just isnt there, they switched the credit card company so when using your credit card you pay like 3% more. Kenny, Jasmine, and Winnie you all were great but need to step up your game, and offer more maintenance and upkeep for those who want instead of making you feel your not spending enough money. All of your focus goes to those getting SNS, gel, polish, etc. Sad to say I will not be returning my money isnt long enough anymore.

Robin Mccoy Omg, first time client here I visited her for fill in and they came out looking better than the original set this young lady is absolutely amazing I will be back and I’m convinced know one else will be doing my nails from here on out she’s friendly and makes sure your comfortable she precise and takes her time. I love that my cuticle removal and cleaning was included in this service!!! In just the short time I was there I fell in love. Please check her out. Nuas Smith My name is Kay I couldn’t make it to my normal nail Tech, which is about an hour away however Icon nails is walking distance from my house and I decided to give them a try. I did try them when they first came. They were under a different management and I did not like the service so that’s why I didn’t go back but now that it is under another management. I gave him another chance and Peter did a great job on my feet and they did an awesome job on my nails considering I needed a fill-in and I really need new nails, but they did to fill-in the same way my Tic we have done. I really appreciate them and will be going back again!

Kimmie Hitchens After finding great reviews on this location I stopped in today. The salon was clean and I was greeted by the new owners. They were warm and welcoming to me. I waited for a bit but still very well worth the wait. I am so happy with my SNS nails and gel pedicure. It’s currently only the two owners working so be patient, you will be happy with the results. Multiple pedicure options and prices. These wonderful ladies have my business for a long time coming!

Alicia Ramraj Jen did such a beautiful job on my nails! It was my first time there and Ill definitely be back. She took her time and knew what she was doing. She paid attention to the details and made sure they were perfect. I had to wait but Id do it again in a heartbeat for her to do my nails. Shes THAT good! (and a sweetheart)... I had some bad experiences at another local nail salon and I was nervous to try a new place, but I found my new spot! So glad I found her. ❤

Stephani Weaver I brought my niece to this location for her very first nail salon experience. I am very disappointed in this establishment. They tried to charge me $65 for a kid’s pedicure and manicure when the price board clearly reads $40. I got my nails and feet done as well. I got gel polish on my toes and THE SAME DAY two of my toes were missing polish. How does gel Polish come off in less than 7 hours?!!! I should’ve known better when my pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes! I’m never returning to this location. The man who did my nails had a good personality but the overall service was not that great. Although I tipped, the work did not compare to the service/price.

alexandria watts I went there today to get my toes fixed for the second time. I was told to wait 30 min and they will call me I got no call. I dont recommend getting your feet done here they rush. Like how it make sense to do the same method u did the first time after I said my Toes werent dry refer to video! Save your money and they hound u for a tip. My 3 year old niece can paint better than this.

Chelsea Duncan Not only was I incredibly overcharged for a fill in, I didn’t get the design I wanted in the first place because the lady couldn’t do it. I tried to opt for something a bit easier. A day later the polish was sunken in for some reason creating a crater like dent in my nail. On top of that, less than two days later one of the nails broke off. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Then the polish finally gave in and cracked, then chipped (4 days later). Waste of money honestly. It makes it even worse that my ring finger is so crooked it looks like it’s pointing at my middle finger. The only good thing I will say is my daughter’s nails actually turned out good and she loved them. I called them to fix the problems and was told the owner would give me a call but they never did. I will not be back here, ever. Don’t overcharge someone and then have the audacity not to do a decent job.

QueenyDenise Ashlee was so nice and inviting I love my pedicure. I will be bringing my husband to get his feet done also. This will be now my go to place for my pedicures.

Tyra A. Seals This salon is hands down the most professional and pleasant that I’ve ever been to. My toenails are on the thin side and I have been intentional about going to a proper salon that uses health-focused techniques for foot care. Ashlee and Jennifer are extremely knowledgeable about foot and nail health, plus very kind and easy to talk to! The location is pretty out of my way but I never have a problem making the time because I know it’ll be a quality experience that’s timely and well-done. I’m eager to continue being a client here and encourage others to give them a try!

I’m so grateful to have Jennifer in my life, as my god-sister and dear friend, which on normal circumstances would probably make my review of my visit to Spa Addict a bit bias; but bias it cannot be because she is absolutely amazing at what she dose. Saturday I received another milk&honey salt scrub pedicure that relieved me of all dead skin, stress and worries. The time and care alone that Jennifer put into my service made me feel valued and well cared for, and this is how she makes every customer feel. My feet look and feel amazing, I dare not wear anything other than sandals. Spa Addict is by far the best spa care I’ve ever received. Without question it ranks alongside resort status. I’m so proud of Jennifer’s spa endeavors. Spa Addict is a great accomplishment and asset to the Douglasville community and Georgia at large. Though she specializes in medical pedicures, she will still take care of anyone that desires to treat themselves to a deep tissue pedi experience like no other. It was a wonderful treat to sit in her chair. Not only was I blessed by her anointed hands but she was also ears to my stresses. I left feeling refreshed, revived and ready to slay more dragons. Thank you Jenny for following your dreams so that the world can have a piece of Heaven here on earth. I look forward to Spa Addict each time I visit Atlanta, can’t wait for next time. Vickie Valentine Today, was an experience I never had, the lady that does eye brow waxing, didnt want to listen to me explain the mistake was made,talking to customer about me while I sat there quietly, and told me to LEAVE AND NEVER CAME BACK. I was sitting not talking to her, patiently waiting to talk to the owner and she had no right to disrespect me as a customer.If I was being disrespectful then you had every right but not speaking doesnt give you any permission to tell me what to do. I will never step foot in that establishment until she leaves.A shame we have to deal with ignorance and I will stand up and show people like her you cant disrespect or I can get disrespectful.

House Pals Straight trash. Got my nails done here yesterday. I think the lady name is Kim. Thats the middle name on her license. It was worse, I corrected her on my pinky nail that was not properly filled. They dont ever have to worry about me coming back to their business. These nails salons dont take pride in doing people nails correctly. They wont get another dollar from me. Do better!!!

Carolanne Maria I wanted to love this place because they were pretty friendly and really great with my daughter but dang. The actual work. My toes were done very sloppy and I spent $30 (basic pedicure) and didn’t get a massage at all, very minimal treatment on the foot itself like standard pedicures I’ve had all over this country, and he was in such a hurry only to go sit down on his tablet. I just feel like $30 for a few minutes of sitting in a chair getting a very mediocre pedicure and bad paint job is crazy. I look forward to massage the most and was completely deprived of that.

Tashana Sprattling Havent had my locs retwisted since my birthday in September and Makays Touch for me right! Nice shampoo, steam and oil treatment, semi-permanent dye application with crispy parts and a clean scalp! Def just found my new loctician in the city!!

Terrance Davis I’ve been getting my hair cut here by B.Milton for a while now but have been just getting line ups and fade to make my locs look presentable and he is the G.O.A.T. but this is my first trying Brooklyn for loc maintenance! This woman is a GOD send!!! She reinstalled some locs I had to cut years ago and refreshed the ones I still had in and when I say she gave me back my “Locfidence” that is the best way to describe it! I have not worn a hat in so long or wrap in so long because of the missing locs and breakage but she worked her magic and now I’m a whole new person! Thank you so much!!!

serra williams If i could leave 0 stars, I would. They talk about you in their language. The man wanted to charge me $25 to remove 4 acrylic nails and clear polish. I told him that i would just get the nails removed and no polish he said 10. So i guess the man was upset that i told him no polish so he started to be extremely rough with my nails and i told him i want to soak off. He tried to charge an extra $10 to soak off my nails and i told him dont worry about it ill go somewhere else. He slammed his tooks down and said thank you good bye. They are always angry cause they get no service!! Do NOT go here!!!

Brandy Hunter 0 poor service very unpleasant energy. My gel on my toes start peeling after a week I went back to show her and the husband start laughing saying we didn’t do those. I stated I have my receipt but at that point I didn’t want them touching my feet cause I was trying to see what part of what I said was funny. Not to mention I paid a total of $65 for my full pedicure service should not of experienced no chipping or peeling.

Tish Cox Advertised/posted price for basic pedicure $30 - was charged $35 for a less than mediocre service. No nail cleaning, cuticle pushback or massage was provided. My first visit here I was impressed with the service and price - however the last three times service continually went down while prices are sporadic. Will not return.

Tania Ortiz Went in to get a pedicure today, Im due on the 27th & just needed a break & a good pedicure & foot rub. I was very disappointed. My feet arent smoothe and I paid $55 for my deluxe pedi & 45 for my 10 yr old. Its pricey for what I got, should of atleast left with nice smoothe feet and my feet were not super rough to say thats all theu couldve dont. I wont be going back. I do not recommend

Shreuka David I am very disappointed with them. I’ve been there several times and they normally do a great job. This time a young girl with glasses did my S & S nails and they started chipping 2 days later. I had 3 nails that were shipped and broken in less than a week. I called the shop and they informed me to. I went in and they acted as if they didn’t recall speaking with me. They refused to put a tip on my broken nail and all she did was reshape my nails and added another clear coat on my nails. 2 days later they started to do the same thing. The clear coat started pealing and another one has chipped. My S & S normally last at least 3 weeks. I will NEVER return to Fairburn Nail Spa again!!!!!!!

Ciera Frazier I came and got my nails done on Valentine’s Day. My nails looked amazing and the nail tech was nice but he Applied the dip powder so thin my nail snapped in half opening a box of chips for my daughter 2 days later. I came back in to get them fixed they offered to fix the one nail for free as I just got them done but not I’m stuck with 9 other nails that are still just as thin as my regular nails which are bound to break and I haven’t even had them for a week yet. Not to mention that the red used wasn’t the same as my original I had dip powder and she used gel Polish for my French tip and the shipping is way off from my other nails. Even the outline on the French is off. I was not satisfied with the response to fixing the issue at hand and will not be back. I was told one price and charged an additional $20 when it was time to pay and for $90 I expect for my nails to be more thick and sturdy and not breaking 2 days in and them not wanting to fix their mistake by making them thicker so they can last! Can you tell the one that has to be redone? Update: I had to change my review from a 2 star to a 1 because just like I said the nails are too thin and the next day the nail next to the one they fixed broke! $90 and not even a week of wear. Jacinda W I took a chance walking in here but I won’t ever go back. my nails chipped 20 mins after I left the store. I came back to get them fixed which they did accommodate. I had to ask them to remove the acrylic residue from my cuticles, I had to have the design done over and point out basics inconsistencies in my nails. I initially asked for a french and they said “i’ll try”. absolutely not. my pedicure was alright but once again my french has different shapes and thickness. I spent $140 for a pedi and full set so they are charging for every little thing.

Ganiyat Salami Top Nail Chapel Hill has very poor customer service, it’s overpriced and poor quality of work. The worst part of my service at this location was the nail tech that serviced me, had poor customer service and was very rude. She was African America with a very short/ petite build. I was semi excited when i saw an African American in this establishment but that excitement was short lived. She held zero conversation and her response to any question was short and rude. The French tip looked bumpy with milky streaks in the nail bed, i brought it to her attention when she asked me do i like it, then she said she wasn’t done yet. She added one extra coat and never fixed the problem. She also asked what length I wanted but when I told her she said she can’t go that low but I was charge an extra fee for length. The over all job was very messy and the worst I nail have ever done. Pre Covid I use to come here a lot even had reward card stamps, but I think this is a new management. Please make sure you inquire about all additional fees before you sit down.

Vonda Smith I have found my new nail tech! Not only is she close to home, she is affordable! I got my nails done elsewhere and they looked HORRIBLE! I asked that she fix them for me, and she delivered! I love my nails now! On top of the amazing work, she has a beautiful personality, is very professional and the ambiance was great. I would definitely refer her to anyone. I am beyond impressed!

Jasmine Wicker So I went here and got my nails done Saturday 3/1 these pictures are from today 3/5. My nails are already lifting. I’ll start with my overall experience, if you want up to date designs and nail shapes don’t come here. They still do nails like it’s the early 2000s now if you’re into that then okay but personally I wanted tapered French tips. I didn’t receive that. I got a pedicure which I give a 5/10 the water reeked of a moldy smell and the lady stabbed under my toe twice. My toes turned out okay. But I have noticed that my toes have been itching around the cuticle area. As I stated the pictures I posted with this review are only 4 days old. Maybe it was the actual lady that did my nails but I won’t personally be coming back here. I’ll mention that I paid 125$ definitely not worth it.

M DAWKINS Got my luxury pedicure and full set in perfect timing ! Me and my mother come here all the time and they never disappoint. Also, this month is spooky so we went with a classy Halloween set today!

L Strickland I have been a customer of Signature Nails in Douglasville for about 8 years. Everyone is always very friendly. Holly has been doing my nails for the past 7 years and is always so pleasant and willing to do anything I ask of her. She strives to make sure I am happy and satisfied every time. I enjoy talking with her and have never left unhappy.

Nakisha Green Staff were very friendly, welcoming and friendly. It was a quiet and pleasant environment. The service was great! It didn’t seem rush and final product was great.

Jasmine ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I went in to get a mani and pedi. The pedicure was rushed but far better than the manicure. I received an overlay, while the nail tech was roughly filling down the nail he clipped my skin and caused my finger to start bleeding. Then, instead of simply apologizing he proceeded to pull my cuticle and say that’s what caused the bleeding. My nails were not filed evenly nor was the finished look clean. I was left with uneven, messy nails that had dried powder all over them. When I went to check out I asked the young lady at the front desk to fix them. She was very nice about it, however, she kept stopping to handle guest at the front and their system went down so she was also on the phone trying to get their card machine fixed. She had to redip and file my nails, however once again it was rushed so I had to ask her to file them again. The top coat was messed up in the process and once again dried dip was left all over my nails. When I said something about she stated that it would come off in time. She had to repaint my nails twice, by the 3rd I told her I needed to pick up my son and needed to leave. She then applied gel polish, which is what should have been placed on in the first place. After receiving a 10% discount the total still came to $112. I highly suggest anyone considering going there to find another place!! The 5 star reviews are false. They are taking $5 off your service if you leave a 5 star review on google which they are also wanting to read before you can receive the discount. After leaving the salon I then had to find another establishment to completely redo my nails bc I was so embarrassed by their work and the state they left my nails in. I will NEVER go to them again. Any business who would allow give such poor customer service and subpar, messy work is not one that I will step foot in, let alone spend my money on.

LadyJ Movement So I found this spot on google and it is amazing! It smells so good and the customer service is excellent. Ethan did my nails he is good at shaping and he listens. Ivy did my pedicure she has a soft touch and got my toes together. Check out the kool slippers they give you! She also does good nails I watched her do the women next to me nails. This place is clean and organized. I do recommend to everyone if you havent been here before.

Lica H This nail shop does a good job on nails! But they are very dirty. When you first walk in it looks nice and clean but don’t be fooled. I sat there for over an hour watching them go from person to person without cleaning any tools they used including the foot scrappers. Not one time did they wipe down any station in between people. I also observed a lady TRIPLE dipping the wax stick when doing eyebrows. Yes, you read that right. She used one wax stick for this girl eyebrows and face , dipping the same wax stick back-and-forth in the wax after it had been on her face.Absolutely nasty!!! And then, after that, she grabbed one of those eyebrow archer razors, did her eyebrows with them. I waited to watch to see what she did with it. She sat it back on the tray when she was finished with that lady she picked up the same razor without wiping it off or sanitizing it and used it on the elderly lady next.

Reneé Richardson Pictures do not even reflect how messy my nails were. I had gel polish all in my cuticle bed. I asked for almond but the shaping was poorly done, nails were bumpy, when I expressed my concerns of the shape and how short they ended up, my concerns were brushed off and ignored. The nail tech did not care about client satisfaction. I went back a day later to ask them to fix my nails because they were messy and looked like I did them myself, they charges me $25. I needed my nails done for my sister’s wedding so paid it but definitely not returning. Many more details of why I was dissatisfied with service there, such and my pedicure was not thoroughly done, they’re over priced, the nail tech was rough and made 3 fingers bleed even after I expressed my pains and discomfort, and so forth. But as I said… simply not returning.
