2 /5 Emily Drobnick: Me and my sister in law just went to get two pedicures and one manicure and I had Michelle she did my pedicure and she was awesome! I loved my toes they looked good. But my sister in law had a terrible experience. First her chair was broken so no massage and no jet in the bath (Although I will say they offered to switch to a different chair but we wanted to sit together) next we for her toes her pedicure was good but her polish was AWFUL she asked for a light peach color with sparkles in it and when she put it on her toes it was BRIGHT orange not at all what she wanted so when she confirmed with Anna that it was the same color she showed us it was the same number it just doesn’t look like what we asked for because we didn’t get it in gel. This is where it went so downhill. If the regular polish was going to look dramatically different than the nail sample something should be said. Anna did not tell us that and the color was so off and my sister in law was so unhappy with it and she told Anna and she just brushed it off and said it’s the same number. So when I told her that her toes don’t match the sample we picked and asked if she could switch the color she looked at me and ignored me and I asked again and she just kept telling me it was the same color. Ridiculous. My sister in law didn’t even get the color she wanted on her fingers because she was too nervous it would look ridiculously off like her toe color and just got the same color I already did. Michelle was awesome, Anna was not. Prices here are reasonable and the salon is clean and everyone else we came into contact with was nice but Anna was too rushed and not a quality tech, very rude. Wish I would’ve gotten a refund.
