FLY Nails and Lashes - Mableton Suziqheart: I had one of the worst experiences with this place of establishment. We moved to the area so I needed to find a professional nail salon. The first experience here, my nails were so extremely thick (SNS) the pictures do not fully show, but I showed several people who verified such. There was a large thick clump at the cuticle, I called to let them know and shared pictures, the manager listened and was accommodating, I scheduled with a different stylist who was very ācoolā towards me, but thatās ok but did a nice enough job but the nails started cracking after the first day. I called to let them know that, I made another appointment with the second stylist, she said she didnāt want to do them thick like the first time, so I told her I agreed but if we could find a happy medium. That was all, not a big deal or problem. She did a good enough job (although these cracked too but after about 5-6 days this time). I call today still willing to work with the second girl Aiesha and tried to make another appointment. The owner said that her stylist did not think I was happy with her work or something, Iām not clear. So are you not supposed to tell someone your nails cracked? Just say nothing? I have stayed with my previous 2 nail stylists 10 yrs. each with absolutely no problems. Is this the new customer service? These people do not understand the value of customer serviceā¦they will thoughā¦they will see in time, no establishment will last, you may do well now, but time will tell the storyā¦many a business is busy today and out of business tomorrow or next year. I have never been so disappointed!!!
