1 /5 Suziqheart: I had one of the worst experiences with this place of establishment. We moved to the area so I needed to find a professional nail salon. The first experience here, my nails were so extremely thick (SNS) the pictures do not fully show, but I showed several people who verified such. There was a large thick clump at the cuticle, I called to let them know and shared pictures, the manager listened and was accommodating, I scheduled with a different stylist who was very âcoolâ towards me, but thatâs ok but did a nice enough job but the nails started cracking after the first day. I called to let them know that, I made another appointment with the second stylist, she said she didnât want to do them thick like the first time, so I told her I agreed but if we could find a happy medium. That was all, not a big deal or problem. She did a good enough job (although these cracked too but after about 5-6 days this time). I call today still willing to work with the second girl Aiesha and tried to make another appointment. The owner said that her stylist did not think I was happy with her work or something, Iâm not clear. So are you not supposed to tell someone your nails cracked? Just say nothing? I have stayed with my previous 2 nail stylists 10 yrs. each with absolutely no problems. Is this the new customer service? These people do not understand the value of customer serviceâŚthey will thoughâŚthey will see in time, no establishment will last, you may do well now, but time will tell the storyâŚmany a business is busy today and out of business tomorrow or next year. I have never been so disappointed!!!
