Unknownma I had a fantastic experience at Pearl Salon Suites! The owner was incredibly sweet over the phone, and the space was spotless and inviting. If you’re looking for a salon suite, I highly recommend taking a tour—your clients will love it!

Denise Hughes This place is absolutely amazing! From the parking to the staff!! The parking was very easy and accommodating. Upon entering the building you are greeted with the nicest staff lve seen in awhile. The building is very very clean. Especially the bathrooms! I was also very pleased with the variety of services provided. It was really a one stop shop!! And last but not least my stylist did her thing! I will definitely be returning in the future. 10/10 recommend!!

Brelaina McNease My experience in the suite was AMAZING! There was very good customer service and the people there are so welcoming. The location is very convenient and easy to find, also there’s FREE PARKING!

Crystal Rolland Went to get my lashes done on 12/9/24 and WORST experience ever. The tech Ashley did not know what she was doing went in to have strips put on she had a hard time cause my natural lashes are curly and had my real lashes in the stops and the lashes where not even placed properly before I got out the chair the lashes where coming up in the corners. By the time I got to the care they where half way off.

Jade Martin Mecca is AMAZING! She is consistently the same. I visit this Ulta frequently and she helps all the time. This time in particular she stopped checking me out to actually help me find An amazing product to fit me. She knew product details, cared about my skin type, found a recommendation and was patient throughout the entire transaction. She’s a gem! She recommended the Elf gel moisturizer and I love it! Thank you for actually caring!!! Mecca you rock!

lilianna I went to get my ears pierced at Ulta and the lady thought she knew what she was doing although we told her the markings were uneven. She proceeded to tell us to have one eye closed while looking at it, even then it wasnt even. She was not going to take “no” as an answer and went ahead to pierce my ear. When she finish the left ear, the piercing had missed the dot and was completely downturned. This caused the earring to not sit right and serious pain. As time passed we showed people and everyone said it was an awful job. We went to get a second opinion from Claire’s and they said to take it out immediately and let it close/heal. I then had to get it re-pierced a month later.

My son who is 9 and has autism is not the easiest to have his haircut. Leah Rollins If you dont want your literal hair butchered go elsewhere. And especially avoid the middle aged white lady with the red hair. She needs to go back to school and learn how to cut curly hair. I was okay with even paying the higher price for the styling and all and she simply did not want to do the work. Will never be returning here and we were regular customers. The entire family got their hair cut here. So I hope you like losing over $200 in business a month

carol conklin Customer service is just ok. The ice cream for me was a 6/10. I wish I choose something else. And last but not least, the lady ahead of me had hair on her ice cream. They dont wear hair nets in here, and some have on hats, but the hair pulled to the front exposed. That grossed me out.

Naomi Bell It was pretty crowded and the food court is still not at full seating capacity. Most of the stores have great deals and the massage setup is back in business. I dont know what precautions are implemented. No one was being serviced but a worker was available.

Lee S. I was here yesterday and I had my nails done by David Lee! He was absolutely amazing. Not chatty didnt want to have a big conversation because I dont want to have a big conversation when Im getting my nails done LOL. I give him a 10 out of a 10. He shaped my nails the way I wanted them shape. He found me a very neutral color. Very happy. Will go back to see him in 3 weeks. Only one issue he charged me $51 and Im going to have to ask him why? Because when I was there 3 weeks before same deal of what was done I paid $41. So this time I paid $51 plus a $10 tip. Last time I paid $41 and a $10 tip so something doesnt feel right and hopefully theyll be able to explain the difference when I had the same exact thing done

James James A wide variety of shopping stores. Traffic can be pretty hectic at times and the entire parking areas could stand revamping as there is no rhyme or reason to the current setup. Restructuring the parking areas could significantly reduce the traffic congestion around these stores.

Branden Hart Cant believe I took so long to do a review for One By One message. Ive been coming here for over 5 years and will continue patronizing this business. My wife and I have always received excellent customer service and the massages are always comforting and top-notch. Prices are good and Im always a big ole puddle of relaxation and zen after I leave. Wait times are normally short and the front-desk will advise wait-times, if any. Keep up the great work!

Tammie Enjoyed my foot reflexology massage. The therapist that worked on me was wonderful. I took a friend for their first reflexology and when we left my friend kept saying “it feels like I’m walking on clouds” . We will return again next time I’m trying the whole 2hr deal. 60 minutes massage & 60 minutes reflexology.

Chara Remaley Ive been here at least a dozen times, but today had to be hands down the worst massage Ive ever gotten. Out of the 90 minutes, 60 had to be done with only one hand. My lower back hurts worse than it did when I got there, to the point that I struggled turning over. Sad, because Ive enjoyed all the others I received here.

Dia beard This Place was so amazing, i’ve been in here quite a few times .They offer coffee and water , The employees are very nice as well. my experiences here have been awesome !! They make sure your service is well making sure you like what is being done. I highly Recommend this salon❤️

Rayonna Colzie I just got my nails done today and they did such an amazing job. They did my nails exactly how I wanted. Im loving my nails. I will definitely recommend people to go there because they are the bomb. Such wonderful customer service and all. They offer you coffee and water. The coffee is so good. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. The best nail salon Ive ever been to. They are so clean and they take their time to ensure your nails come out on point! So if you want your nails done A-1, then you need to go there.

Iridian Nav. I love getting my nails done at CMMA. Their mani & pedi technique is like no other! I receive an amazing hand massage after my mani! The team is super friendly and attentive. Service is a 10/10 Huge shout out to nail tech Caren❤️ always giving me a great service!

Gabrielle Cleveland Lynn is the absolute best lash technician in the Douglasville area. Her shop is set up to be a calm and relaxing environment, and she makes sure you are very comfortable. She has ALWAYS made sure to take her time to give me the best results. I even told her to do my lashes how she would like my last visit, and she did them absolutely beautiful. Also, a big deal for me is when I get up from her chair when my lashes are done, I do not experience any burning in my eyes. I have absolutely no regrets, and Lynn will always be my lash technician for as long as I live in metro Atlanta. I recommend anyone who is wanting lashes that are beautiful and last-longing to visit Lynn, I promise you will not regret it.

Curly fro Chez Lynn is a keeper when it comes to lashes. I’ve been going to her for about a little over a year now and I love it here. She’s professional, punctual, and does an amazing job on my lashes. My eyes never burn and my lashes are just enough to give my eyes some razzle dazzle without doing too much. Thanks Lynn!

Jamille Temple I must say, Lynn is the best at what she does. She took her time and was very professional. The ambiance was warm, inviting, relaxing, with a spa like quality. I am so pleased with how my lashes turned out--they look natural, feel light, and look amazing. Im not going anywhere else. Hands down....the best lash experience ever!

Suziqheart I had one of the worst experiences with this place of establishment. We moved to the area so I needed to find a professional nail salon. The first experience here, my nails were so extremely thick (SNS) the pictures do not fully show, but I showed several people who verified such. There was a large thick clump at the cuticle, I called to let them know and shared pictures, the manager listened and was accommodating, I scheduled with a different stylist who was very ‘cool’ towards me, but that’s ok but did a nice enough job but the nails started cracking after the first day. I called to let them know that, I made another appointment with the second stylist, she said she didn’t want to do them thick like the first time, so I told her I agreed but if we could find a happy medium. That was all, not a big deal or problem. She did a good enough job (although these cracked too but after about 5-6 days this time). I call today still willing to work with the second girl Aiesha and tried to make another appointment. The owner said that her stylist did not think I was happy with her work or something, I’m not clear. So are you not supposed to tell someone your nails cracked? Just say nothing? I have stayed with my previous 2 nail stylists 10 yrs. each with absolutely no problems. Is this the new customer service? These people do not understand the value of customer service…they will though…they will see in time, no establishment will last, you may do well now, but time will tell the story…many a business is busy today and out of business tomorrow or next year. I have never been so disappointed!!!

Aries T Tons of compliments on my nails this week. I loved my experience and learned so much about proper nail care. So happy I found a great black owned nail salon in the area. One young lady did the most amazing 3D work Ive ever seen. Thank you Kennedy and Maricella - I will be back!! Kendra D I actually found this place on a wing and a prayer. Luckily I found Ayisha who absolutely knows what she is doing. She is very particular and does an awesome job with your nails. Prior to being a customer I was having a hard time locating a Black owned nail shop that delivers. My search has finally come to an end.

Briani Poole When I say I don’t want to go anywhere I mean it! This is one of the best nail techs i have had in awhile! I used to break my nails all the time and after going to her my nails will last for at least a month if not longer!!! The place is relaxing, accommodating, and fantastic customer service! I would recommend her 100/10 you will not be disappointed!!

Lynnette S I love the Purplelicious style! The products are bright and beautiful - just what we need for a glow up. In addition, the owner takes holistic approach to beauty. Shes a great listener if you got something on you mind while you are getting your nails done. Currently loving the Cuticlelicious Oil helping to heal my nails from some DIY remodeling. Wish I had discovered this stuff sooner. Will return again, soon.

Sonja Herbert I’ve been with Quan for 2years plus and her work is fabulous. I refuse to go elsewhere and when I have I regretted. My nails are natural, never broken and are healthy. Both my nails and feet can last weeks at a time because she does quality work and is highly cognizant of cleanliness so much so that I realized my previous folks were not as cognizant.

Yelysa Whelchel This salon is clean as well as inviting and every stylist/barber took all Covid precautions. They took entance temperatures and sprayed each station for every change with customers. Ive known Camilla (owner/stylist) for a long time and now she is the stylist for my grandchild who is on the Autism spectrum. She makes her feel beautiful & comfortable.

Sonya Calhoun Camilla did my sew-in today. And it came out beautiful. She was very comfortable and inviting to talk to. Being that today was my first time going. She washed my hair, it was the best wash I had had, in years. Then braided it, and installed the unit. She took her time, and asked if I wanted Curls or left straight. She got me out, on time for School, and her price was amazingly good for what I had done. There were also Walk-Ins that came when I was there, and they took them right on in with out a appointment Envision Salon is definitely my new Salon. I highly recommend Camilla and the rest of the Stylist there for all your hair needs.

Rev. Yvonne Conner I appreciate the attention and professionalism of the environment. I’ve had 2 visits. One for a makeover, it was a fun hairdo, facial & the works. My next visit for a hairdo hasnt been as fruitful. After 3 days, my scalp was very very sore from the glue and the sheer weight of the hairdo, I had to remove it. I dont feel like I really had a hairstyle the second time I entrusted the stylist to take care of my hair. My brows and lashes were fine both times but my actual hairdo didnt measure up or compliment my personal facial features.

Claire Maston This place is amazing and reasonably priced. They are quick and very kind. My daughter and I have very different taste in nails (see photos) but both styles are perfect every time. I’ve had several techs, but Jack does my daughter’s every time. His attention to detail, willingness to try her intricate designs, and the extra time spent make him worth way more than what he charges.

RSMcreativetouch Lady owner was so rude to me I should have walked out! But I needed my nails done that evening for going on a trip. She talked to me in such an ugly matter as I was trying to make my decision. She rushed my nails and the next day they’re already messed up. $60 for what? I was the only customer in there and now I see why. I tried to carry on friendly conversation but she wasn’t interested. I don’t take the time to leave a review unless it’s deserved . Perhaps enough bad reviews will cause them to rethink their customer service. Take the time to be friendly and kind to your paying customers. They are your bread and butter.
