My partner and I booked a couples massage expecting a relaxing and professional experience, but what we encountered was beyond unacceptable. One of the male massage therapists repeatedly passed gas throughout the session—bending over and blatantly relieving himself in the middle of what was supposed to be a peaceful environment. It was not only disruptive but completely unhygienic and beyond inappropriate.
When we brought this to management’s attention, instead of addressing the situation professionally, they nervously laughed and offered no apology or resolution. The lack of accountability made an already horrific experience even worse.
This was meant to be a moment of relaxation, but instead, it was deeply uncomfortable and utterly disgusting. I would never recommend this place to anyone seeking a professional, sanitary, or even remotely pleasant experience. Absolutely unacceptable.
