1 /5 Simone Thornhill: Please avoid this place! Not worth the money. The polish on my gel manicure lifted after 3 days, just with normal day to day activity, nothing out of the ordinary. Got it done Sunday afternoon and it is now Wednesday.

1 /5 C Creighton: Zero Stars!!! Ill never be back, because I dont support businesses with poor customer service and poor products. The price on the wall is not what you will pay and the products/material quality are CHEAP! I paid $90+ for SNS nails, and a matching pedicure, on 2/19 for my nails to begin chipping four days later from normal use. Ive never experienced two chips/breaks within four days from ANY nail salon. I fixed my pedicure break with super glue, and decided to return back to let them fix my broken nail. When I presented to get it fixed, I was told I had to wait 60+ minutes to get the repair behind the line of individuals getting full sets of nails. The entire point of me coming on Monday was to avoid the Friday/Saturday rush as I prepared for my anniversary weekend. They were unaccommodating, basically telling me Id have to wait which wouldve caused me to miss my makeup appointment. Ill be looking elsewhere from now on, because one thing I dont play about is businesses playing with my time and my money.

1 /5 Valerie Davis: I came in soon as they open, the guy rushed on my nails . I have glue and gel running down my fingers, it’s unacceptable, so I went completely off. I don’t like to behave that way but why are u rushing ?this is literally what my nails look like as I sit here waiting for a lady to fix it

1 /5 Ana O: Went for mani pedis the first two times and it was great! Very friendly staff. Then went back with a friend for a full set of acrylics and was extremely disappointed. Was cut on a finger from filing, no filing of acrylic on the underside and two nails were not filed straight. And I got no cuticle oil!! My polish also was messed up due to my own fault bumping it on the way to the dryer. When I asked for a re-application, my tech just..painted over the bump and told me to go dry, causing the wrinkles. They gave a great discount for their "grand opening", but it wasnt worth it.

1 /5 Kai Sol: 0 stars. I stopped here because it’s very close to my house and I wanted to try it out for the convenience. Big mistake. All I wanted was acrylic overlay. The set was so terrible that I had to ask multiple times for modifications while getting it done and it still turned out even worse than I imagined. Due to time restrictions of having to pick my son up from school I needed to get out of there fast. Once I got in the car and saw how terrible it looked in the sun I immediately went back in to have it taken off and get a refund. I’m not a confrontational person and I hate to cause a scene. I just wish people would just honestly give a person what they pay for. I believe the owner looked at them and asked what was the issue. Which os outrageous because just living at them you could see what the issue was.I can’t believe the person doing my nails thought this was okay and it’s really unbelievable to me. They didn’t want to give me a refund even after I asked for them to take it off. He just drilled it off to redo them. The new set was an improvement but still very mediocre.. like something a kid would do playing around. I just didn’t have the time to continue to go back and forth about a $35 overlay. I’ll never be back.
