1 /5 Caitlin Martin: Worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. The nail technician ruined the almond shape of my nails leaving jagged filing marks on the ends as well as repeatedly ignored me as I told them they were leaving bubbles in the polish. I ended up speaking to another worker to show them, and they ignored as well. Not to mention they didn’t get all of my previous polish off or care to wipe off my hands where the acetone was dripping. Never ever returning.

1 /5 Angela Snead: I have traveled extensively and have had my nails done in a number of states. I am also a disabled veteran. By far the worst nail experience I have ever had in my life! Stephen was extremely unprofessional.

2 /5 Donna Smith: Ive been to this salon several times in the past and been very satisfied. This time was much different. I had a nice young man attempt to do my pedicure, unfortunately he was untrained. He needed the assistance of the owner to trim a couple of nails. I was happy he asked for help. He unfortunately forgot to do the foot scrub and massage. He went directly to the polishing. Only when i asked about it, did he say he forgot. The owner came to assist, finally! I got my foot scrubbed with wet polish, she did eventually offer a redo but by now, I was over it. No training, should have been a no charge..needless to say my polish is a mess already.

5 /5 Friendly Commuter: Steve is the owner and I always get him he’s great just yesterday he did this nail design I have been wanting to get & the white lady (I apologize) forgot her name she does wonderful pedicures. Steve has always been able to shape my nails & design my nails however & whatever crazy design I want!!! They are a smaller place but they are very attentive to each & every customers needs so forget the insults you see this is better than the bigger salon across the street from them! Save you time go to soho nails!!!
