1 /5 Sassy Sylvester: DO NOT go there. Visited 10/11 4pm appointment for gel pedi and my daughter a kids pedi and polish on finger nails. The Indian lady waited until exactly 4:00pm to start my daughter’s toes (we sat in the chair at 3:57). She literally stood there, doing nothing else, tending to no one. No water in the bowl.. nothing until 4:00pm. Weird, but whatever. They told me someone would be “right with me” but I still waited 20mins to start. Again, whatever. The tech tried to cover his mistake on my big toes by adding multiple coats of gel polish and curing it which only made it worse. They are worse today. Bubbly and peeling. Upset is not even the word.. especially for the amount of money spent. Now they are closed on Sundays and I have an event Monday and my big toes are lifting and peeling.
Do not have the Indian lady paint your kids nails. She does not speak English so she doesn’t understand what you’re saying. They offer “kids” services but are using regular sized nail clippers to attempt to cut little people toes and fingernails, she struggled to get those huge clippers to cut properly. Invest in some baby clippers. Again, her paint job is not good. Another tech did re-paint my daughter’s nails again, and they looked ok.
I will say the girl in the front who answers the phone and schedules appointments is very nice. She was apologetic for the wait and replaced the cool water my feet were sitting in with warm water.
