Martinah Lysis I had an exceptional experience at Enchanted Nails! Amazing service, unlimited colors to choose from, they have so many different pedicures on their menu ,very clean and professional. Everyone was very friendly and the decor was so beautiful. This is not your normal nail salon, I definitely recommend this place.

Trinity Baggs Great greetings but my nails started clipping already on the same day, and for some nails, there is a visible line on my acrylic that I am concerned about. I wish I hadnt switched up my nail salon that day.

Stephanie Reed I was in town for one night on business and needed my nails done. This business had the best Google reviews in the area so I thought Id try it. The pedicure was done by an extremely friendly college male. He definitely did a pedicure different than anywhere I have ever had it done - no cuticle cream, no massage, no basecoat; but he was really friendly! My nails were done by a gentleman that did exactly what I asked for by not putting the gel next to my cuticle as I am allergic and I am excited that I have not had a reaction. The other employees sounded friendly as well from the few interactions I heard while I was there. Service was fast but not poor quality.

Bri DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! I’ve had bad experiences with them in the past but gave them one more for my Vegas trip. Aside from the horrible job at ombré nails, a nail broke the night I got them done. I left for Vegas early the next morning so I was unable to go in to get it repaired. Over the course of 6 days, 2 more nails broke. I went in today to get them repaired, as I just got back in, and they told me because I didn’t call when it broke, (It was at night and I was on a flight at 8 am the next day), that I was financially responsible to get them repaired. It hasn’t even been a full WEEK since I got them done. My issues with them before were with my nails breaking quickly, so it seems to be that they just don’t know how to do nails properly or just don’t care. Would not recommend (except for pedicures, the black nail tech always does a great job!!)

Armie Sarlitto Kiara was great, very professional and had a great conversation. I love my nails, they look great! I would recommend getting your nails done by her. I will be going back to her again.

Yavasha Williams This is my first time coming to The Nail Bar Studio. Kiara is the best professional nail technician. She is so professional, excellent customer services, and friendly. She makes you feel very comfortable and relax in her studio. I did the luxury citrus pedicure and manicure and I love it!!!! I will definitely see you again.

katriona knox By far the BEST atmosphere to get your nails done in Albany. From the moment you walk in. You are greeted with warm welcome. Kiara is such an AMAZING nail tech that LOVE what she does. She takes her time with your nails. You ask and she delivers every single time. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dats. Day Customer service is great! They will rush when they get busy and nails will look rushed. I told them I didn’t want gel and they put gel on my nails anyway. Gel can’t even last me a day without chipping off! I had to go back to get my nails touched up the every next day because my nails were chipping off. I would not be going again.

olivia poole i came in and showed an inspiration picture to keep things simple, which was white french tips and pearl shine on top with square sharp edge shape. my nails are round on the edge. she put black french tip instead of white and they were painted so unevenly and carelessly and the tips were not even painted all the way. the acrylic is over flowing on my left thumb and its so crooked. and after all that.. its been two days and my nails are already lifting. mind you in the beginning she said 65$ then when i asked for something to be fixed and she finished i was told if was now 75$.. i will NEVER BE BACK HERE, and i DO NOT recommend!!

Noemi Hernandez I walked into this nail salon thinking they were open, and at first, I was told they couldn’t take me because they were closing. Then they kindly changed their mind and decided to fit me in, which I really appreciated. The staff was very, very nice and welcoming. However, the experience felt rushed, and unfortunately, my pedicure didn’t turn out well. The nail polish application was messy, and the results didn’t meet my expectations for a professional service. If I had known I was going to be rushed out like this and receive subpar service, I would have just come back another day. I’ve attached photos to show the results. Although the lady was who did my pedicure was very nice!

Bryce Bragg I won’t be returning to this nail salon because I feel they overcharged me for a service that didn’t meet my expectations at all. I ended up bleeding from three nails and was only given a Band-Aid at the end of my appointment. I go to a nail salon to enjoy the experience, not to leave injured or in pain. I pointed out my bruises and bleeding to the staff, but there was no acknowledgment or adjustment made to my bill, which showed a lack of care for the quality of their work and the well-being of their clients. This salon has a lot to improve in terms of customer service. I get my nails done regularly, and I can’t recommend this place to others based on my experience. P.S. my nails are supposed to be coffin shaped with an ombre effect. This work was horrible.

Bella Abigail I decided to visit this nail salon to try the Deluxe Pedicure service, and it was absolutely worth it. As soon as I sat down, they soaked my feet in warm water with a bit of essential oil, which was truly relaxing. The staff not only took care of my nails but also massaged my feet very professionally. I love this spa so much! I like this place.

Morgan I’m really disappointed with the service I received here Saturday May 3rd. I came in for a gel manicure expecting it to last at least a couple of weeks, but within FIVE days, the polish started chipping and peeling — which should not happen with gel. I take good care of my nails, so this clearly points to poor application or low-quality products. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and longevity.
