Melissa Matthews Thet did an ok job on the nails sorta, but Ive never been to a place that automatically gives you the most expensive set without asking what you want. I specifically said no gel when I came in. The man did gel on my young daughter anyway, without making sure of what her expectations were. And as a parent who was paying, I feel they should have asked me before making that decision. When I told them I said no gel, they said I should have told a manager who speaks English before i sat down because they dont speak English, and they still made me pay the extra twenty dollars. And then, the person doing my nails tried to give me gel too, without asking what i wanted, and when I said I just wanted regular finger nail polish, they got mad and said everyone gets gel. Nowhere on the door or anywhere else did I see a sign that said everyone gets gel. Lol. I really feel like they did that on purpose to try to scam me and make me have to pay more money. And then they used the "I dont speak english" excuse when they knew exactly what they were doing. I really should not have paid the full price because that was crazy, but I did anyway, However, there are so many nail salons that actually care what the customer wants that I will just go to a different one from now on.. Plus...the nails I showed them and the nails I got were just two whole different levels, as you can see below. Two nails only sets, cost me well over 100$. Definitely not worth it.

HEATHER SMITH Just paid $60 for my pre-teen to get a full set almond shape French manicure..Sarah was a great nail tech but imagine my surprise when she told me it was $60 for 1 set..I don’t remember 1 set costing that much much my daughter is happy so I am happy she had a good tech, but the price was a bit high!
