3 /5 Isabella Castillo: I went for a gel manicure and pedicure on Tuesday (03/03/24) and the staff was very nice, especially Alex. I was happy with the overall product, however, they soaked my hands in what I think was cuticle softener, and it has destroyed my skin. When my hands were soaking, it was burning my skin, so I removed my hands. I left with my hands still burning. My skin has been flaking, itchy, dry, and now matter how much lotion I use, they don’t get better. Fast forward to Friday (03/07), my skin is still flaking, the texture of my skin is horrible, and I can’t stand the feeling.
