    DVA (Val): Been here twice and really liked my nails. Went today for ombre pink/white. Unfortunately the young man spoke well but really didnt know the assignment. I didnt want to embarrass him as I figured maybe he just messed up and will make necessary adjustments to fix my nails. But after wiping the pink off X2 amd continuing with ither nails on the third try--- i had to stop him to let him know they were horrible and i did not like them. He then started to speak to a young lady there ( in another language) . I politely ask her if she can tell me whats happening with my nails ( i didnt think I was wrong b/c she had previously done my nails and I tipped her pretty well, so I saw it as just a simple question of concern) my thought was maybe she can do them instead. I was WRONG!!! She turned around and looked at me saying " IM NOT THE ONE DOING YOUR NAILS, HE IS DOING YOUR NAILS ASK HIM very rudely if I might say. I was quite disappointed because my inquiry did not warrant such a response. Either way the young man said he would soak them off but I politely let him know its okay Ill soak them off myself as I did not have much time. The photo speak for itself. I will certainly not go back to this establishment. Not because of the young man but because of the distasteful behavior of the young lady, absolutely poor customer service skills, I will NEVER support an establishment that allow this kind of behavior. ( no payment for this service was requested)

    Mrs Purvis: I have a phenomenal experience each time iā€™ve been serviced at the Lashing. They not only give quality care to your lashes but provide complimentary aromatherapy in a well set environment. Itā€™s beautiful and relaxing and you leave feeling pretty with lashes that commands attention. On another note, they truly are a full service spa offering other various services & im looking forward to trying them all!

    Maelaā€™s Care: I was looking for a new place to get my nails done! I happened to find this place that is right around the corner from my house! My Husband and I have came to get our pedicures together. He is very particular about how his feet are done. They are ALWAYS nice and inviting when I come in and I have not had a bad experience.

    Claire Maston: This place is amazing and reasonably priced. They are quick and very kind. My daughter and I have very different taste in nails (see photos) but both styles are perfect every time. Iā€™ve had several techs, but Jack does my daughterā€™s every time. His attention to detail, willingness to try her intricate designs, and the extra time spent make him worth way more than what he charges.

    Yelysa Whelchel: This salon is clean as well as inviting and every stylist/barber took all Covid precautions. They took entance temperatures and sprayed each station for every change with customers. Ive known Camilla (owner/stylist) for a long time and now she is the stylist for my grandchild who is on the Autism spectrum. She makes her feel beautiful & comfortable.

    Briani Poole: When I say I donā€™t want to go anywhere I mean it! This is one of the best nail techs i have had in awhile! I used to break my nails all the time and after going to her my nails will last for at least a month if not longer!!! The place is relaxing, accommodating, and fantastic customer service! I would recommend her 100/10 you will not be disappointed!!

    Suziqheart: I had one of the worst experiences with this place of establishment. We moved to the area so I needed to find a professional nail salon. The first experience here, my nails were so extremely thick (SNS) the pictures do not fully show, but I showed several people who verified such. There was a large thick clump at the cuticle, I called to let them know and shared pictures, the manager listened and was accommodating, I scheduled with a different stylist who was very ā€˜coolā€™ towards me, but thatā€™s ok but did a nice enough job but the nails started cracking after the first day. I called to let them know that, I made another appointment with the second stylist, she said she didnā€™t want to do them thick like the first time, so I told her I agreed but if we could find a happy medium. That was all, not a big deal or problem. She did a good enough job (although these cracked too but after about 5-6 days this time). I call today still willing to work with the second girl Aiesha and tried to make another appointment. The owner said that her stylist did not think I was happy with her work or something, Iā€™m not clear. So are you not supposed to tell someone your nails cracked? Just say nothing? I have stayed with my previous 2 nail stylists 10 yrs. each with absolutely no problems. Is this the new customer service? These people do not understand the value of customer serviceā€¦they will thoughā€¦they will see in time, no establishment will last, you may do well now, but time will tell the storyā€¦many a business is busy today and out of business tomorrow or next year. I have never been so disappointed!!!
