4 /5 Andrea B: My daughter had her birthday celebration here. Everyone enjoyed it. They communicated well, and we didnt have any major issues. They only offer cheese pizza with the birthday packages, while other places allow the customer to choose the food options. We also could have benefited from an extra host because some girls had nothing to do while the others were getting services.

5 /5 Katrina Bell: Took my Daughter there for a pre-birthday spa day and she loved it. Layla is such a sweet and professional soul. I appreciate the precautions that are taken during this pandemic. Totally recommend and would definitely bring my little person back. Thanks for making my daughter feel beautiful and special.

1 /5 Melissa Williams: DO NOT use this business or the affliate Sprinkles and Polish. I made an appointment several weeks ago for a 90 minute mani, pedi and glam for my daughter and her friends. Upon arrival, the two staff members looked so confused and told me that they had to leave by 4 ( my appointment was at 3:15) ,and that they could not do all the services that I had a paid voucher for! They did not do a pedicure or manicure as advertised, only polish, which was messy and I had to ask them to clean the polish that had dripped on the girl’s skin. They said the owner said they could not do the 90 minite service that I booked. We were out in less than 40 minutes. There are better options and businesses out there that actually provide excellent customer service and keep their word. Do NOT book a party or spa day here, save your money and go elsewhere.

1 /5 Kila: H O R R I B L E! I never leave reviews (even when the service is bad) but I wasnt going to let this fly! To make this quick , the address is incorrect! Appointment was for 6:00 , I walked around Arbor Place for 30 minutes looking for this place. I tried calling multiple times , attempted to text and even asked the mall employees for help finding this place. Finally a security tells me theyre no longer in the mall. As Im walking out , I finally get a call back saying my appointment has been canceled - due to no show!!! Oooo lets not forget to mention they make you pay for the services in full (no refund) . How was I suppose to show up to an appointment I have no address for?!?!! Pissed I was!!! My daughter cried all the way home ( we stay a hour away) I asked her did she want to do something else , she said I want to go to Spallywood on my birthday. My heart was hurt !!! I dont play bout my child and I never ever ever let her down! Zero stars if possible ! Yes, I got a refund and Im sure its because she know theyd mad a mistake . (Reason on the refund stated I was very upset. Cursing. Not able to communicate properly) How dare Miss Laila even bring up some damn communication- talking about they didnt answer because theyre busy - yall busy but had no receptionist that day (which was the reason she gave me for my call not being answered)anddddd you claim yall left already ?!?? I thought yall was so busy ! I would think the full payment before services would be to guarantee the customer will show up. The least you can do , is call and confirm a customer is not coming before you cancel and leave for the day. I will never recommend this play and suggest you update your address on google , on your website and on your receipts !
