1 /5 Bree Hart: Im someone who does not have dental insurance and as such i choose this dentist bc it was suppose to be affordable when I first started visiting this dentist in 2023 my cleanings have always been 110 with a cash discount over the past 2 cleaning they have charged me double wht a normal cleaning should cost of course I review my receipt and I am being charged 70$ for the dentist , not the hygienist to come in for only a simply 15 seconds they also tried to get x rays in which I told them no I only have money for a cleaning (I also declined bc my orthodontist won’t charge me for those it’s included in my braces ) and they still send tht dentist in and charge me for such little of his time . I currently have braces on which mean I see and an orthodontist every 8 weeks he spends more time making sure I feel heard and taken care of which is more than can be said for this smith guy. I tried to tell smith tht I was having pain in my tooth I made a whole separate visit for this pain and once again was charged such an outrages price it made my head spin and in the end he said there is nothing wrong and when I had my orthodontist appointment I made sure to tell him about my problem and he immediately found what the issue was so clearly smith needs to do more to make sure his patients are getting actual dental care. They ladies at the front desk are so pretty but those attitudes are just as bad as smiths dental work/ bed side manner. PLEASE PLEASE don’t give these people you money or time worst dentist ever!!!!!!!!! If u notice the picture I have attached is some review u can see the smart ass comment smith left this guy terrible person

5 /5 shinita johnson: I visit Dr Edward Smith for my routine cleanings and all other dental work. My experience with them is rated 5 stars, excellent. Dr Smith and crew have really provided excellent service with my dental care. Hanna, my hygienist today was very gentle and thorough with my cleaning. Hanna made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Dr Smith and crew are Highly recommended!

5 /5 Kareema Bedell: I usually don’t leave reviews however, Dr. Smith and his staff are amazing! I had a bad experience with the dentist a few years ago and have disliked it ever since. Today though, I had a procedure done and everything went perfect. I did not feel any pain at anytime and Dr. Smith and his staff walked me through each step so I’d know what to expect. They were so great! Thank you!

Ive been going here for all of my dental needs for more than two years after my braces and they always take great care of them. Ive already recommend this office to my family and friends. If I could give this office 10 stars I would. I love this place!

Never pushes you to get work, you "dont" need!!

Richard McKnight: I have been going to Muscogee Dentistry for over a year now, and I can confidently say that this is the worst dental office I have ever been to. They have dental assistants cleaning teeth instead of trained professionals. The staff is all family and lacks proper training. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they just give you the runaround. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I even called the board of dentistry and left a complaint. This is completely unacceptable, and they are charging my insurance for these subpar services. Avoid this place at all costs! The dental office is very unclean and sanitary, this place needs to be closed down!

If I was only leaving a review for the rest of the staff it would be 5 stars but because you have to deal with this guy and he is so unprofessional and apathetic to your concerns I have to leave this type of review. He told me I needed to pay the entire cost of the work before he can put me in the schedule when this is not true. He tells you he will call you back and on appointments for very important dental operations but never does. He told me he would call me and let me know when a specialist who only come ONCE per month would be coming so I can book it but never did. If they would replace this one crucial aspect of this office I would go back but I had to find another office because of this person.
