1 /5 Montel Collier: I haven’t been here in years because my bill was put on me after high school , so I go there and they charged me $500 . Looked at my teeth and did absolutely nothing because I needed a cleaning! Why take my payment if you weren’t going to do anything and kept my money . They gave me a $250 refund but kept the rest . Please make sure they get some work done before making your payments!!! Overall I do recommend them but ask for your work first! I just wanted my money back that could’ve went towards my dentist bills!!

2 /5 Aubrey Norwood: I was going to duval for about two years and it seemed good at first but after awhile it not the best experience. During my consultation I was told I could get my braces put in immediately and that I may would need jaw surgery when I turn 19. When I would go to my appointments the wait was forever and I would only be back there for about 10 minutes max. Also it seemed like over the course of time that I was going there than my teeth weren’t making that much progress for them to have said they expected for me to have them on for about another year. Also my mom called to reschedule me an appointment and was put on “ hold” and over heard office clerks talking about patients and how “ they’re always rescheduling”. Today I went to a different orthodontist for a consultation and before even discussing braces she focused on my jaw and my bites and said that it would be best if I got jaw surgery within the next few months with the braces treatment rather than just the braces treatment as if it wouldn’t do much especially not for my smile. Rather than this orthodontist office who just rushed to put braces on my teeth just to start getting money. I don’t appreciate this orthodontist for being dishonest about what was actually going on with my mouth and the severity of my case with my jaw.

4 /5 Deidra Everett: We been going here for a few months now. The customer service was great. My husband took her the first visit and he was pleased. We like and appreciate the affordable payment plan. So far everything seems to be going great, however my daughter stated that yesterday June 12 a lady was on her phone while she was supposedly working on her braces. Then, my daughter stated that Dr. Duval had to remind the same lady that she forgot to change the color on the braces. So I would be giving grace on this appointment but I pray that this doesnt happen again. I really hope to see a difference in our child smile. Next time I will be with my daughter to see and ask questions concerning the progress during her next follow up. The office was highly recommended by a teacher college please dont let us down or her. Also, I posted a before and after the braces. We noticed a difference the first visit. Thanks❤️

Amanda Purvis: Ive been seeing Dr. Toler as long as Ive had teeth and he and his entire staff have been nothing short of amazing. I had some fillings done at another dentists office 6 months ago (I made the huge mistake of not seeing Dr. Toler for those!) and theyve caused me nothing but grief since. I contacted Dr. Tolers office to see if they could fit me in to try and get some relief as the pain in my teeth escalated rapidly in the past few days. They made room for me in their schedule that day to have Dr. Toler take a look at my teeth, and less than 24 hours later my teeth were repaired and the pain was gone. Dr. Toler even called to check on me later that evening. You dont get care like that everywhere, and Im truly grateful that Ive been lucky enough to see Dr. Toler all these years! You and your entire team are wonderful!

B: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hartwig and her staff. Since childhood I’ve hated everything about dentist visits and for years avoided them all together. Dr. Hartwig however has been nothing but excellent. I was new to the area and needed a crown put back on in a hurry and she got me in no problem. Since then I’ve had multiple appointments and every time the appointment has started at the time it was scheduled for… which in modern medicine is unheard of!! She fixed a tooth other dentists for years had said I was just stuck with. Thank you!!

Leading Lady: I’d give zero if I could. Do not go to Dr Koch. She did an unnecessary root canal and crown. This women is money hungry. The office goes through your insurance and tells you how much you have left so they can do unnecessary procedures to use all the insurance. She didn’t even do the crown right. She grind my tooth down too far causing a bacteria pocket to form near the crown. This other dentist had to fix her work. I’m surprised this Dentist is still in business. Run away. Horrible Dentist.

Navielle James: Kept canceling my kids appointment, and then trying to schedule it way out from the original date. My kids had an appointment June 5, then they moved it to the 19. They then canceled it the day before bc they forgot it was a holiday and I had to call them back to reschedule. They then tried to push it back to the end of July, and when I said no, she asked about December! I then told her no, my son needs immediate attention bc he has a tooth growing in the same spot as another one, neither one of them is loose.
