B: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hartwig and her staff. Since childhood I’ve hated everything about dentist visits and for years avoided them all together. Dr. Hartwig however has been nothing but excellent. I was new to the area and needed a crown put back on in a hurry and she got me in no problem. Since then I’ve had multiple appointments and every time the appointment has started at the time it was scheduled for… which in modern medicine is unheard of!! She fixed a tooth other dentists for years had said I was just stuck with. Thank you!!
Navielle James: Kept canceling my kids appointment, and then trying to schedule it way out from the original date. My kids had an appointment June 5, then they moved it to the 19. They then canceled it the day before bc they forgot it was a holiday and I had to call them back to reschedule. They then tried to push it back to the end of July, and when I said no, she asked about December! I then told her no, my son needs immediate attention bc he has a tooth growing in the same spot as another one, neither one of them is loose.
Aurora Whitcomb: I cannot say enough good things about Sweet Maple Pediatric Dentistry. Every single visit has been nothing short of a blessing. The staff’s patience is truly a godsend they communicate directly with my kids and give them time to respond on their own without jumping in or expecting me to speak for them. As a mom, that’s something I deeply value, especially for children who might be more shy or reserved.
They make every visit fun and engaging for my girls. They get to sit next to each other, choose their own Disney+ movie, and wear their own headphones. Even something as routine as cleaning teeth becomes exciting—they get to pick between fun toothpaste flavors like bubblegum or strawberry and choose which “sparkle” polish they want (like pink sparkle or rainbow sparkle). My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist, and after our last visit, they came home excited to brush their teeth so they could show the dentist how well they’re doing next time!
X-rays used to be a challenge for my youngest, but not once have the staff shown frustration. They always handle everything with such compassion, even going as far as switching to a different device to help her feel more comfortable—never blaming her or making her feel like she wasn’t brave enough.
The entire environment is relaxed, welcoming, and truly kid-friendly. I’m able to just sit back and watch my children enjoy their dental visit, which I never thought I’d say! Thank you, Sweet Maple, for creating such a positive experience for my family every single time.
David BURNS: On April 9th I visited Life Point Dental as a new patient. They were very professional. They took their time and patiently answered all my questions. Kelly King: Our entire family has been going here for several years now, and we are so happy. We usually see Dr. Robinson, but on occasion Dr. Dobberstein, and both are excellent dentists with equally excellent chairside manner. All of the office staff, hygienists, and assistants we have encountered have been friendly and professional. We have never had any issues with insurance and billing. We have had a couple of urgent care visits, and they never hesitated to fit us in. Dr. Robinson, in particular, completed a very difficult repair with outstanding results, for which we are very grateful. Highly recommend!
Rebecca Davis: Dr. Howell is truly exceptional. Her kindness and thoughtfulness extend far beyond her patients, encompassing her staff and the entire community. I was recently speaking with a dental hygienist who shared that Dr. Howell sends birthday cards to the entire dental office staff, even though they dont work for her. This small gesture beautifully illustrates her compassionate nature.
During patient visits, Dr. Howell effortlessly engages in conversation, transitioning from sports to current events with ease. She possesses a remarkable ability to connect with families on a personal level, remembering details about their lives even months between appointments.
