1 /5 Navielle James: Kept canceling my kids appointment, and then trying to schedule it way out from the original date. My kids had an appointment June 5, then they moved it to the 19. They then canceled it the day before bc they forgot it was a holiday and I had to call them back to reschedule. They then tried to push it back to the end of July, and when I said no, she asked about December! I then told her no, my son needs immediate attention bc he has a tooth growing in the same spot as another one, neither one of them is loose.

1 /5 Lean Spooney: They keep canceling my son appointment and can never get anyone on the phone and then never contact me to reschedule. This was every since before the Storm Helena and this place is not a great place to be open for business.

1 /5 Craig Youngblood: My daughter broke her tooth on Friday at lunch and i understand the office was closed but i went early this morning and sat from 730-830 before someone showed up just to tell me that someone would call me when they got into the office from the dental side. 3 pm I’ve still heard nothing and when i just tried to call for the third time i am unable to still get anyone on the phone. Seems like this office capabilities are about as good as my daughter’s insurance and that’s not a brag. Not to mention the website never says the dentist works there once a week.

1 /5 Kim Howell: **!!They dont answer the phone!!** Advent said my son needs his wisdom teeth removed but they dont do it at their office. I found another place he could go to have it done but need a referral from Advent. I requested the referral on April 24th. It is now May 16th & a referral still hasnt been sent.
