Dana Moncus: My child was in braces for 5 years all under Dr. Guess care. 1st to 6 th grade. She wasn’t a difficult case. It was however a 2 phase treatment plan.We have followed every treatment direction given to us. April 3rd she got her braces off. Imagine how excited she was to finally be getting them off. I noticed that her bite wasn’t correct so I went for a second opinion at Smile Drs on April the 8th. They did a full work up and x-rays and many photos were taken. My child wasn’t hitting on the first molars at all. Dr.Smith was very nice and explained everything in detail. So needless to say my poor child will be in braces another year to fix her bite. I will add photo and X-ray from Smile Dr as proof.

J W: Scheduled appointment for a 6 year old. Told them over the phone she had a cavity and it needed filling. My child missed a half a day of school and I wasted a day taking her there for them to tell me that they don’t fill cavities. They offered a referral. They also called CPS because I left instead of taking their referral. Horrible Experience. I would give zero stars if I could. Waste of my time, my child’s time, and CPS time.
