1 /5 Cassie Barras: I have gone to this nail salon for about a year now. Ive always had a great experience until this week. The guy doing my nails went a bit excessive with the filing and shaped them to look almost like claws. By the time i was done, my cuticles were so irritated and bleeding from being burned so many times. I asked the lady that rung me up if the shape could be fixed. Because they were already so short, there wasnt much that could be done. I left unhappy. I reached out the following day to let her know that i was still unhappy with the shape. She noted that they were far from perfect but because of how short they already were, she couldnt fix them. She offered to add a tip but would be an extra cost to me. My frustration here is that i am being charged MORE money for something im already unhappy with. I have now been left with nails that look like nubs and VERY irritated cuticles.
