    1 /5 shanda cotney: I came to get a manicure with my daughter. One of the employees was on her phone while doing a pedicure talking about firewood, someone’s vacation etc and disturbing the other people. When I commented about the girl on the phone and being a distraction from relaxing., the girl said to me did I mind not doing this in front of a customer. I again said I came to get a relaxed service. Then the girl ran a pedicure bowl over beside her she was filling. I felt bad for other ladies working. The one Caucasian girl ruined the entire visit
    1 /5 Kellie Porter: Went in as a walk in - owner was rude, rigid and gel polish looked nice but came off just a couple of days later (on thumb) which has never happened before at my regular place. Not worth the attitude.

    2 /5 Arica Ehrhardt: Went in as a walk in around 4pm Today; very clean and open nail salon. Got a 45$ pedicure “gel” along with a matching manicure “gel”. All together was 120$. Price was not the issue but the quality of service was not worth it. The bowl water poured was cold, my toe nails didn’t get trimmed or cleaned under them. The gel paint on my pinky toe came off already and the coats were not done evenly “very streaky”. The two ladies were super sweet but I was just not happy with the quality of the service.

    Zoe Catherine: This is honestly THE best nail salon in Carrollton. Christie did my nails on April 17th. A longer pastel purple nail , acrylic with gel polish. I did a little experiment. I was so tired of my nails lifting and falling off after two weeks from other salons. So when I tried this salon I thought I’d see how long they would stay.. it is now June 11th. I have experienced no lifting, all my nails are still held on tight even with all the growth. I’m honestly really shocked. I’ve never had nails stay on this long. If you really want a great set of nails, please call her and set an appointment. One of the best things I ever did was finding Christie. I will post proof of how long the nails stayed on in the photos !

    Sherri Martin: I am an out of towner and needed a pedicure right away. Googled nail salons and Rikki’s was the first to come out. Showed it was open. Drove down and saw the sign that says call this number for service. Called, she stated her people call for appointment. I explained my situation. She said I can do you later today. I stated I’d rather get it done now. She said she could not, which is fine. I then asked about any other place in Bowden. She said that she could not recommend any where else because she carefully cleaned her place and the other place does not. I walked into Glamour Nails and it is spotless!! Everything they was cleaned and people were very professional. I would never recommend Rikki’s but would definitely recommend Glamour!
