5 /5 Brandy Phillips: I went and got a trim I dont go like I should so everytime I go its a while and my hair is just pretty much dead.I had Nicole she was at the front desk when I walked in.She also cut my hair and she is the only one ive had to understand my hair and tell me about my hair very sweet woman!!If I could give her a thousand stars I would!!I love my hair cut!

1 /5 Richard Hyde: My wife broke her foot and recently had surgery. I bring her there to get her hair shampooed and dried. I was told today that they can no longer dry her hair without charging for a style and that it was coming from corporate. So I called corporate and they said no that was not correct and that each franchise sets its own prices. The owner needs to fix this. If you want to charge extra for a blow dry then thats fine. But $45 for a style just to blow dry someones hair?

1 /5 Heather Warren: Honestly Ive never been so unhappy with my hair. It is literally two different lengths, super bulky even though I asked for layers and would tell me no when I would suggest anything with my hair. Also dissed the hairstylist i used before even though I always liked my hair when my previous one did it. Will not be returning

1 /5 Rhet Walker: I went yesterday to get my hair slightly trimmed and cleaned up a little. I specifically requested trimmed A LITTLE and cleaned up A LITTLE. The lady who cut my hair completely disregarded that, and then tried to explain to me about my own hair when I told her something specific about my cowlick. My hairline is uneven and way too short. I’m being completely honest and truthful when I say that a 12 year old could’ve done the same thing or better. The lady had gray roots in her hair if anyone wants to know who not to go to. I really hope the staff sees this.
