elaine cardin I want to add to my past experiences here, they are not the most friendly people but they do honest work a few steps down on paying attention to detail but my nails lasted awhile, the price is cheapest around carrollton.

Chimela Ejidike Save yourself now and avoid this place. They charged me $30 for regular pedicure when it clearly said $20 on the price poster. The man there was arguing with me on how long to get my nail after he messed it up

Amber Jayy Only two people work in the salon so dont expect to be in and out. I actually caught a nail infection after using them so I havent returned. The woman is fast and does a really great job while the man always rushes and his work isnt always neat. I got my eyebrows done here and I knew it wasnt going to be good because the wax wasnt even hot enough. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

Brandy Phillips I went and got a trim I dont go like I should so everytime I go its a while and my hair is just pretty much dead.I had Nicole she was at the front desk when I walked in.She also cut my hair and she is the only one ive had to understand my hair and tell me about my hair very sweet woman!!If I could give her a thousand stars I would!!I love my hair cut!

Richard Hyde My wife broke her foot and recently had surgery. I bring her there to get her hair shampooed and dried. I was told today that they can no longer dry her hair without charging for a style and that it was coming from corporate. So I called corporate and they said no that was not correct and that each franchise sets its own prices. The owner needs to fix this. If you want to charge extra for a blow dry then thats fine. But $45 for a style just to blow dry someones hair?

Heather Warren Honestly Ive never been so unhappy with my hair. It is literally two different lengths, super bulky even though I asked for layers and would tell me no when I would suggest anything with my hair. Also dissed the hairstylist i used before even though I always liked my hair when my previous one did it. Will not be returning

Sherri Martin I am an out of towner and needed a pedicure right away. Googled nail salons and Rikki’s was the first to come out. Showed it was open. Drove down and saw the sign that says call this number for service. Called, she stated her people call for appointment. I explained my situation. She said I can do you later today. I stated I’d rather get it done now. She said she could not, which is fine. I then asked about any other place in Bowden. She said that she could not recommend any where else because she carefully cleaned her place and the other place does not. I walked into Glamour Nails and it is spotless!! Everything they was cleaned and people were very professional. I would never recommend Rikki’s but would definitely recommend Glamour!

Colleen Eaves Rikki does excellent work. My nails have never looked better. I highly recommend her. She takes her time to make sure you are happy with her work.

colleen wood Got my nails done somewhere else and came to Rikki because I hated them and she fixed me right up! She was so efficient without rushing. Her top coat finish is BEAUTIFUL and I left loving my nails and Rikki! To top it off, I took my 1 year old baby with me and she was so accommodating and wonderful with her!

Tamara Boykin I received a silk press and custom color. My color was evenly distributed. Some parts were bleached and my hair is still very healthy! I was done in a timely matter and was well taken care of during the time I was there. I most definitely recommend!

Amy Caouette Great office and staff, and Dr. Danis is very personable and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the condition and treatment and answer questions without making you feel like you are being rushed in and out.

Shea Landrum Had two appointments with Dr. Danis for my ingrown toenails. I couldn’t be happier with the results! He explained the process and was very delicate with the procedure. I can now walk without discomfort and very happy with the work done. I would recommend him to anyone who is needing ingrown toenail removal and deadening. The front office and his assistants are very professional and nice. Very clean and kept environment.

Dee Harper The office staff is awesome. Dr Clarks nurse is awesome! I had swelling in my foot and had to have surgery. Dr Clark himself called me the next morning to check on me. You dont get that anymore. Highly recommend them.

Kimberly Robinson I love ❤️ this salon!!! All the stylists are knowledgeable and super friendly!!! The atmosphere is calm and soothing. Micah always does a fabulous job on my hair, I get compliments about my hair a lot. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Laura Anne Take your chance anywhere else but here. I saw some neighbors recommend the place and good reviews on FB. I went in with natural looking high and low lights need to be touched up. I left with chunks that looked like 2006 Kelly Clarkson and they didnt even fill the root completely. I had the largest chunk up front and it did not matter if I parted it normal or flipped sides. When I pulled it back in a pony tail the front chunk of highlight looked like a skunk stripe. I contacted the salon to speak to the manager and nothing has been done. I have since gone to another salon and paid a second time to have my hair fixed. I had to wear a hat to get there because it was so bad.

Bacon Karen April is THE hair goddess! There’s nothing I’ve had her do to my hair that wasn’t absolute perfection. Both men and women constantly ask me who does my hair. April is the best of the best!

Lisa Lotus Ive been going to see Monica for years. She is amazing and always makes me feel gorgeous. These photos/videos dont do the beauty of this hair cut and color justice but trust me when I tell you she works miracles. She also is honest and will tell you if she doesnt think something will work well. A true gem.

Zoe Catherine This is honestly THE best nail salon in Carrollton. Christie did my nails on April 17th. A longer pastel purple nail , acrylic with gel polish. I did a little experiment. I was so tired of my nails lifting and falling off after two weeks from other salons. So when I tried this salon I thought I’d see how long they would stay.. it is now June 11th. I have experienced no lifting, all my nails are still held on tight even with all the growth. I’m honestly really shocked. I’ve never had nails stay on this long. If you really want a great set of nails, please call her and set an appointment. One of the best things I ever did was finding Christie. I will post proof of how long the nails stayed on in the photos !

Angel East I loved them! This is the first nail place I have ever been in my life that was 1) honest! 2) they care about their customers! 3)clean 4)hard working 5) dedicated with passion. I bite my nails, and instead of just letting me have what I wanted she let me know what I needed. She made sure she had a satisfied customer. It was like being taking care of by a concerned Dr. She actually made me want to stop biting my nails, instead of causing me more stress! I never leave reviews.. so thank you guys for making me feel welcomed and cared for. I will be back after my nails grow out! Tytytyty for being considerate of this customer. You dont know what Ive been through and what it actually means. :)

Hannah fitzjarrald I got acrylic nails typically they last me 3 weeks, these aren’t even lasting me a week. i got them done not even 5 days ago, and they are already coming off and coming up. called them and asked how much french tip would be and they said $45 they charged me 60 for the worst nails i have ever gotten. they are so chunky, and not what i asked for. i typically don’t do things like this but i was highly disappointed.

Quan Bray She is so rude. I asked her to cut my child toenails and she said no she is just going to file them and she knows what she’s doing. I’m like but I want them cut. She goes to say if you want to go else where you can. I explained to her as an owner if a customer wants their toenails cut or whatever then you should do just that. We paying you not the other way around.

Marie Melkowski Staff is super friendly and personable. The massages and facials are great. I also get my hair colored and cut by Sarah (she is awesome). My favorite indulgence is the Tranquility package. I highly recommend booking a session and treating yourself. You will not be disappointed!

shanda cotney I came to get a manicure with my daughter. One of the employees was on her phone while doing a pedicure talking about firewood, someone’s vacation etc and disturbing the other people. When I commented about the girl on the phone and being a distraction from relaxing., the girl said to me did I mind not doing this in front of a customer. I again said I came to get a relaxed service. Then the girl ran a pedicure bowl over beside her she was filling. I felt bad for other ladies working. The one Caucasian girl ruined the entire visit

Kellie Porter Went in as a walk in - owner was rude, rigid and gel polish looked nice but came off just a couple of days later (on thumb) which has never happened before at my regular place. Not worth the attitude.

Anita Diogo If I could leave no star I would. I went in for a gel manicure and was completely ripped off. They charged me $25 for a manicure I never actually received. The technician didn’t properly remove my previous nail polish, leaving noticeable red polish behind. When I pointed it out, she told me there was nothing she could do. Then, a male staff member came over, and instead of fixing the issue, they both started talking in circles, suggesting an acetone soak WITH an additional charge after already applying the base layer of gel polish. At that point, I told them I’d rather just wait a week for the polish to wear off since they clearly weren’t willing to correct it. They agreed—but as I was walking out, they still charged me $25 even though I left with nothing but a sticky base coat on my nails. No color, no topcoat, no proper polish removal, and no hand massage—nothing that actually qualifies as a gel manicure. On top of that, the shop did not look clean, and the customer service was awful. I came in expecting a proper gel manicure and left feeling scammed. I will never be coming back. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Melissa Hollinger I went here for a besties birthday day because it was my birthday month and because it was recommended and I was looking for a nail salon and did not like the others in the area. Upon arrival they were very polite and cordial and showed us right in, we picked out our polish and designs and they went to work. I chose a gel polish with a little flower design and white gel polish for my toes. They did the manicure and instead of allowing me to relax and enjoy it I kept having to twist and turn in the chair for him to work on my other hand, it was uncomfortable to say the least. The first pic was the day they were done last Friday 6/14/24 the last pics are the damages as of last night on 6/21/24. They felt a little flimsy when I initially got them done and I just assumed it would take a day day for them to completely harden up so moving on , I asked that they not file or not shape my nails as I had already done what I wanted before coming to the shop they did it anyways before I realized so I allowed them to continue with the rest of my nails because I didnt want them uneven, he had to redo a couple of them because the lines didnt match and were to thin. Overall I counted it as a learning curve because I was ready to go and I figured Id try somewhere else the next weekend because I was off for a polish change. I noticed on Monday 6/17/24 there were some cracks but had intended to go have a polish change on Sat 6/22/24 so I didnt worry about it to much just went about my business by Wednesday 6/ 19/24 they had begun to chip and peel. I work in healthcare and wash my hands frequently however this has NEVER been a problem with any other manicure Ive ever had with gel polish as the week continued the complete peeled and cracked causing my nails to break and crack. I am extremely unhappy with this and will not be going back. Below are the pics to go with it my nails are awful and I will be cutting them back completely to restart the process of growing them out again.

Nicole Thomas my daughter went for a pedicure 11/23/24 which was yesterday she reached out to them. No one would answer or respond, but she received a chemical burn during her pedicure process. go there at your own risk. We will continue to reach out and get this matter rectified

Carter Hemmingway I’ve gone here for 5 years. I have seen management changes and people come and go so I feel like this review is very much needed and one that can be really useful when considering this place. The technicians (at least the ones from the last two years) are usually nice but the quality is severely lacking. It’s typically only with manicures and full sets. The quality is VERY hit (10%) or VERY miss (90% of the time). Pedicures are usually good. They never show prices (except for pedicures) so that’s always annoying and honestly unfair. I go for the same thing and one time it’ll be $60 and others it’ll be $80 and then randomly $50. The really amazing technicians never last. Joe was the last one that I would actually wait for (with no problem because he was THAT good) for over an hour at a time. Idk what is going on but I think I’m officially hanging up the towel on this place. Other nail salons in Carrollton that I’ve tried are also in this category but severely worse in my experience. I’m just going to learn to do my own nails at this point or travel outside of town. I hope that necessary corrections can be made for their own sake. I don’t want to see them fail but I’m also tired of ripping off nails that I’ve spent $80 for because the quality is THAT bad.

Jamie Campuzano I had a pedicure done today by a lady named Kris. It was her first day and she was AMAZING! She listened to exactly what I wanted. She was thoughtful and easy to talk to. She is obviously very knowledgeable about what she does and has been in the industry for years. I will definitely be back to see her!!

Tiffany Cobb The lady who did my set was very sweet. She never pressured me into getting anything I didn’t want. I explained to her how I prefer my nails looking as real as possible cause some nail places tend to make the acrylic or gel too thick . She understood and did a fantastic job! It was my first time coming here and I definitely plan to be back!

Hannah Drever Honestly, the place is very neat and clean but they rushed the whole thing like they were on a clock. I wanted coffin nails with some cool designs, but ended up with boring plain white because nothing was working out. My nails look like a painting gone wrong, and the white polish? More like a weak light pink. I usually love getting my nails done, but I’m definitely not coming back to this place.

Sarah Najour Not very pleased with my nails. The tech I had was very rough doing my SNS on natural nail. I was cut 4 times and my fingers are still burning. Definitely calling back to get a refund. This was the worst experience of getting my nails done ever. The clear top coat has already come off on my thumb and they charged me over $100 for this. Do not recommend at all.

Hannah Burnette Mina is absolutely the best person ever. She has been doing my nails for a while and never disappoints! They last a long time, she’s always so gentle and she’s the person you want to be a loyal customer for!

‘Kiia S. Dee is amazing!! My nails look amazing. I love the fact that she didn’t make me feel rushed or uneasy about what I wanted. I have seen a lot of techs use tracers and other things but she did my design from scratch and they’re perfect!! You can tell she not only really loves what she does but also has a real passion for it! I love, love, love my nails!! Hopefully she stays here because I’m willing to go wherever she is!!

Alexis S Tim is the best! He’s been doing my nails for 2 years. i love how they remodeled this place. it’s very clean and neat. Everyone here is so friendly. I also like how i don’t have to pay a lot for my nails. the prices are affordable. They don’t go up everytime i am here. ask for Tim. He’s the best!!

Shandi Bagby Love this place and the new management!! Tim and Yira have done wonderful things with my nails and my pedicures Natalia does are amazing. My feet are so sensitive and she’s so gentle and takes her time. And the vibe here is just relaxing and chill. Always will have my business!!
