1 /5 Anita Diogo: If I could leave no star I would. I went in for a gel manicure and was completely ripped off. They charged me $25 for a manicure I never actually received. The technician didn’t properly remove my previous nail polish, leaving noticeable red polish behind. When I pointed it out, she told me there was nothing she could do. Then, a male staff member came over, and instead of fixing the issue, they both started talking in circles, suggesting an acetone soak WITH an additional charge after already applying the base layer of gel polish.
At that point, I told them I’d rather just wait a week for the polish to wear off since they clearly weren’t willing to correct it. They agreed—but as I was walking out, they still charged me $25 even though I left with nothing but a sticky base coat on my nails. No color, no topcoat, no proper polish removal, and no hand massage—nothing that actually qualifies as a gel manicure.
On top of that, the shop did not look clean, and the customer service was awful. I came in expecting a proper gel manicure and left feeling scammed. I will never be coming back. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
