1 /5 Hannah fitzjarrald: I got acrylic nails typically they last me 3 weeks, these aren’t even lasting me a week. i got them done not even 5 days ago, and they are already coming off and coming up. called them and asked how much french tip would be and they said $45 they charged me 60 for the worst nails i have ever gotten. they are so chunky, and not what i asked for. i typically don’t do things like this but i was highly disappointed.

1 /5 Quan Bray: She is so rude. I asked her to cut my child toenails and she said no she is just going to file them and she knows what she’s doing. I’m like but I want them cut. She goes to say if you want to go else where you can. I explained to her as an owner if a customer wants their toenails cut or whatever then you should do just that. We paying you not the other way around.

There is Black polish all over my skin, the lady had to redo it a few times just for me to walk out looking like this.... the lady was pretty cold and not very friendly when I tried to make light conversation.. its my birthday and I just wanted some simple nice nails but every where I go around this Carrollton area seems to rush you and give you poor service. I guess Ill try n get all this black polish off my skin at home..

1 /5 Tayler Kaitlin: I went at first to get my nails done. I asked for a manicure she says “I’ll save you money when I get done you won’t need manicure.” Then she drimmals my cuticles off. Okay. I expect this from nail salons to be truth ful. Then the lady who does my toes can’t get my color open so she asks if this other red works. I say sure even though it’s nothing like my color red I picked. The other gets my color open before she paints my toes and instead she ignored it and just paints my toes with the other color my way. Okay. It was also a mediocre pedicure. The lady was fixated on the tv the whole time. I tipped and left Second trip, I went again because they aren’t busy and it wasn’t terrible so I gave it a second chance. Took three hours and I was the only one there. Fill in was mediocre , toes mediocre but whatever wasn’t too bad I guess. Same deal as last time. Tv was a distraction phone was annoying from spam calls and the lady picks up constantly and entertains them with jokes. It was funny at first but after a while it just was not relaxing. I tipped and left. Finally I went today. I was the very first customer. I came to have the nails removed. She started ripping the acrylic nails from my nails. Prying it off . It really hurts . I tell her it hurts and she said “no only a little” I’m not a confrontational person and I’m pregnant so I just take it. Then I flinch because it hurts so bad and she glared at me like I’m being dramatic. Before she gets to my left hand I try to remember how acrylics are supposed to be removed because I could have sworn they got soaked. I had just told my husband this this past week end. How they can’t be torn off. But I thought maybe I mis remembered since it’s been a while. So I googled it. I was correct it does get soaked in acetone. So she goes to pry off my left hand and it hurts so bad I snatch away and say “I’m sorry I can’t do this , this hurts really bad. I’ll go some where who will do it correctly” and then I show the other lady and say I’m going some where else. She said “you want her to soak them” and told her “yes that would have been great when I told her she was hurting me and she said it doesn’t hurt . She should have done it correctly from the start. “ she tried to tell me I have to pay her 10$ for a removal after she ripped my nails up tore off my long natural nails my fingers are burning. I told her “no. I am not paying because they aren’t done and she hurt me bad.” I ended up going to diva nails up the road next to Bobby’s cheese burgers and I told them what happen. I cried because I’m pregnant and this was horrible and they were so great. It was so peaceful in there. And they said “it’s okay we will fix it and offered me water” if I get my nails done I will be going to diva nails
