5 /5 R Stapleton: A fantastic Experience! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Everyone there is kind, courteous, professional, and seems to have a genuine concern for their patients individual needs. The hygienist was very good and pleasant. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it, explained why, asked if I had questions along the way, and the whole experience was painless. Dr. Peterman was also kind, professional and attentive, which gave me a great deal of confidence in him, the practice, and my treatment plan. The administrative process at the front desk, and on my way out was amazing too. I have never had such a pleasant experience at a doctors office. Thank you for making my visit to the dentist something to look forward to. I didnt think that was possible. This was my first visit and you may rest assured it will not be my last. I cant imagine going anywhere else for dental care. What better way to show off your work than sending patients out the door with a smile! Thanks again to everyone at Cherokee Family Dental. Lori Taylor: I had a tooth surgically removed April 10 2025 my appointment was at 3:00 and was subscribed a Antibiotic, Tylenol and a mouth wash.When i went to pick up my meds I was told nothing had been called in.I called the office and could not get ahold of anyone ,so I called the after hours number and couldnt reach anyone there either.I had to suffer all night in pain and discomfort and got no sleep.My father went to your their office this morning to see why my medicine was not called and and he was told that evidently my perceptions didnt get through to my pharmacy?! My question is if it didnt go through why did no one follow ip to make sure it went through and not resend it?or was it never sent through by the staff ? Very bad experience having to suffer 14 hrs with no meds .Do better Thanks, Mckenzie Pittman

Wesley and Heather Martin: This dental office is by far the best I have ever been to. Dr. Bill is fantastic, and will make you feel cared for and safe. All of the ladies are so sweet and welcome you right in. The waiting area is the “living room” of the clinic. It is incredibly inviting and cozy. You feel like your walking into an old friends house. My children have also been and they were just as welcoming to them as well. My kids were both calm and comfortable, which speaks volumes. I cannot speak highly enough of Canton Heights Dental. Truly a fantastic group of people.

Brian Michael Walters: I have to start this review with a forward statement; no one hates dentists more than me. However, after reading reviews on Llyod family Dentistry and about Dr Cox specifically, I had to give them a shot. Did I mention I’m a procrastinator yet? No? Probably because i procrastinated. I once waited 17 years to put a crown on a root canal. That said, I had another root canal done two years ago and it just chipped. Not wanting to lose the tooth I went to Lloyd to have Dr Cox put a crown on it. I’ve never been more relaxed in a dentist office ever in my life. The staff was polite and Dr Cox wasn’t a heavy handed maniac with a drill. He was gentle with his hands and informative when it came to telling me what’s needed and what to expect. Super long winded, I know, but absolutely necessary. Book the appointment. You’ll be glad you did.
