Maryjude Washburn: I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist did a great job. She was personable, professional and very kind! Dr dentist was wonderful too! I would recommend Dr Russell to anyone!
Luana Oh Scienza Johnson: I was really disappointed with our experience at this practice. I really wanted to love this place, but it just didn’t live up to my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experiences there. From the first phone call to checking out, the entire process felt a bit unorganized. The dr. brushed off my concerns and was not very patient… The assistant made up for it and was very kind, but you could tell the atmosphere felt off.
Amy Krumrey: Dr Swords and Phelps is an awesome dentistry group. They are quick yet thorough. They do not suggest any extra treatments unless necessary. In other words you are not going to get the $5,000 veneer package brought up unless its you doing the asking. The office staff is super friendly and inviting. The entire office makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
Nia Jetter: Im very happy with my experience here. They actually cared about my pain level and checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the appointment. And I appreciate how they explained everything they were doing and why they were recommending the work that they suggested I come back for, showing me pictures and x-rays and making sure I understood. And as a bonus, one of their x-ray machines was having some issues and I had to wait a bit longer than expected, so they gave me a free flouride treatment for my troubles.
Megan Amodio: We took our very anxious 4 year old son to have what we thought was just a filling. Turned out to be a few fillings, an extraction and a spacer. Dr. Kristen was AMAZING with him. She took the time to engage him in conversation, didn’t discuss anything that could be scary in front of him and had so much patience and grace with him. She made the experience great for him and us and now he says he would go back to the dentist any day. Definitely recommend Dr. Kristen, we will be going back to her for all future kid treatments!
Lucas Crawford: Dr. Kragor and the entire staff were phenomenal and professional. Every step of my procedure was fully explained and I was well taken care of the entire visit. If my family or myself have any oral surgery done in the future it will definitely be at Atlanta Oral and Facial!! I highly recommend.
