2 /5 Luana Oh Scienza Johnson: I was really disappointed with our experience at this practice. I really wanted to love this place, but it just didn’t live up to my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experiences there. From the first phone call to checking out, the entire process felt a bit unorganized. The dr. brushed off my concerns and was not very patient… The assistant made up for it and was very kind, but you could tell the atmosphere felt off.

5 /5 Jennifer Edwards: Dr. Nia is one of the best orthodontists we have ever visited. He has an exceptional "bedside" manner that puts kids and parents at ease. His practice thrives on customer service, all Financials are clearly laid out at the outset of treatment. His team (both ortho and dental) are truly an asset to Canton and the surrounding counties.

2 /5 Renda Beard: Loved it here at first but received a text one day with a link to pay $594 with no explanation of why. After calling they explained that they had done an audit and this was the amount not covered by 2 visits almost 2 years prior. I would have appreciated a letter in the mail explaining the reason why I had an outstanding balance out of nowhere. I would suggest paying closer attention to patients insurance coverage and explaining what is covered and what’s not.

Even with insurance, I was taken aback by the high prices—almost double what other local dentists charge for similar services. The quality of care didn’t match the inflated costs, making me feel overcharged and undervalued. Additionally, I was concerned when they suggested my 6-year-old daughter needed a crown for a tooth that hasn’t even fallen out yet! This raised a lot of red flags for me about their treatment approach. Unless they rethink their pricing and practices, I would recommend looking for more affordable and trustworthy options elsewhere.

5 /5 Blanca Martinez: Patient, caring, and thoughtful staff.. they took great care of me growing up and I’m proud to say all 4 of my children (including my 2 autistic children) are being seen by them. They always put a movie or show to keep the kids calm and help them feel safe. Will never leave this dentist.
