I know everyone has different experiences but I have never had such an amazing STAFF at a dentist office before. I would be remiss if I didnt shout out Amber herself. She is ALWAYS so kind on the phone, quick and efficient. Communication is great when working through claims with my insurance and this office. Dr. Goch was available 24/7 when I had more extensive work done and had a bad reaction to a medication. He answered the phone late at night and was able to switch my script. I truly will not go anywhere else until I HAVE to. Quick and efficient - I feel cared for and my time is valued. Dr. Goch listened when we had 2 options with a certain tooth and valued my opinion on it. And too his tech back in fillings, I am SO sorry I forget your name, Missy or Misty? YOU ARE AWESOME! Yall always make me laugh and feel welcome and safe.

5 /5 Firefly: This place has been great to me and my family for about 15 years or more. My father who has since passed, always hated going to the dentist until he came to Dr. Goch. He’s the only dentist he liked and enjoyed seeing. He thought a lot of Dr. Goch. They do amazing professional work and the staff are always super friendly and jovial. Same staff for many years and they all know me. The facility is always super clean and smells nice. They also play pretty cool music. I never leave this place feeling like they didn’t care if I was there or not or like I was rudely mistreated. I also never leave this place feeling like I was hit in the mouth with a hammer because they’re gental and they know what they’re doing. They always make sure I’m comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this place more and I hope I never have to find another dentist.

5 /5 Tori Arnold: I didnt look up reviews before going because they were able to get me in the quickest out of anyone in the area. Had such a good experience I thought I should leave a review. Im shocked at the negative reviews cause that wasnt my experience at all. All staff is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. It the facility was clean and everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. I love Dr. Gochs sense of humor. He called after my procedure and checked on me the next day too when I wasnt expecting it. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and their prices are pretty standard.

Brian Michael Walters: I have to start this review with a forward statement; no one hates dentists more than me. However, after reading reviews on Llyod family Dentistry and about Dr Cox specifically, I had to give them a shot. Did I mention I’m a procrastinator yet? No? Probably because i procrastinated. I once waited 17 years to put a crown on a root canal. That said, I had another root canal done two years ago and it just chipped. Not wanting to lose the tooth I went to Lloyd to have Dr Cox put a crown on it. I’ve never been more relaxed in a dentist office ever in my life. The staff was polite and Dr Cox wasn’t a heavy handed maniac with a drill. He was gentle with his hands and informative when it came to telling me what’s needed and what to expect. Super long winded, I know, but absolutely necessary. Book the appointment. You’ll be glad you did.

I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experiences there. From the first phone call to checking out, the entire process felt a bit unorganized. The dr. brushed off my concerns and was not very patient… The assistant made up for it and was very kind, but you could tell the atmosphere felt off.

In other words you are not going to get the $5,000 veneer package brought up unless its you doing the asking. The office staff is super friendly and inviting. The entire office makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Nia Jetter: Im very happy with my experience here. They actually cared about my pain level and checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the appointment. And I appreciate how they explained everything they were doing and why they were recommending the work that they suggested I come back for, showing me pictures and x-rays and making sure I understood. And as a bonus, one of their x-ray machines was having some issues and I had to wait a bit longer than expected, so they gave me a free flouride treatment for my troubles.

She took the time to engage him in conversation, didn’t discuss anything that could be scary in front of him and had so much patience and grace with him. She made the experience great for him and us and now he says he would go back to the dentist any day. Definitely recommend Dr. Kristen, we will be going back to her for all future kid treatments!
