1 /5 Barry Steinberg: Beware of the billing practices. If you return for next appointment, they hit you with a bill. I questioned it, and they said their corporate office sent it. Their corporate office has no phone number, you can only leave an inquiry. I made an inquiry 21 days ago. Website says someone will call you within 2 business days. American Dental Alliance is a joke. They dont want to talk to you that is why there is no number to call and question the billing. Hickory Flat dental said I owed $153. They said they will not see me unless I paid. I said I will partial pay until we can figure out why I owed.They said they would send the bill to collections. This was a 30 day ago procedure. Well I paid it just to leave and it turns out they never billed insurance. They collected from me. They said " oh we forgot to file". They would have never told me that until I questioned it. Office Manager admitted this could happen. Nobody is checking the billing. Question your bills and call your insurance to verify..They said my refund will take over 30 days, but they have my money. Beware, something is not right with Hickory Flat Dental.
