All of the ladies are so sweet and welcome you right in. The waiting area is the “living room” of the clinic. It is incredibly inviting and cozy. You feel like your walking into an old friends house. My children have also been and they were just as welcoming to them as well. My kids were both calm and comfortable, which speaks volumes. I cannot speak highly enough of Canton Heights Dental. Truly a fantastic group of people.

They accepted my HMO insurance despite transitioning away from HMO plans after May and squeezed me in promptly, even with a tight schedule. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel welcome and at ease. The office environment is clean, modern, and calming—I never felt anxious or worried. I had complete confidence in the care I received and highly recommend Canton Dental Heights for exceptional dental care.

Denise the hygienist was so sweet and put me right at ease. Dr. K IS AMAZING! So kind, no shaming at all. He gave me a plan of attack for some problem areas I have. Ive never felt more at ease with a medical professional that I did with Dr. Klasmeyer. I will be seeing him for as long as he is in practice from now on!

The doctor is excellent he is very kind has a great personality and is very thorough and also explains everything well. I tend to have anxiety going to the dentist but everyone is excellent and calm and gentle. I would definitely recommend coming here!!!!

Brian Michael Walters: I have to start this review with a forward statement; no one hates dentists more than me. However, after reading reviews on Llyod family Dentistry and about Dr Cox specifically, I had to give them a shot. Did I mention I’m a procrastinator yet? No? Probably because i procrastinated. I once waited 17 years to put a crown on a root canal. That said, I had another root canal done two years ago and it just chipped. Not wanting to lose the tooth I went to Lloyd to have Dr Cox put a crown on it. I’ve never been more relaxed in a dentist office ever in my life. The staff was polite and Dr Cox wasn’t a heavy handed maniac with a drill. He was gentle with his hands and informative when it came to telling me what’s needed and what to expect. Super long winded, I know, but absolutely necessary. Book the appointment. You’ll be glad you did.

And I appreciate how they explained everything they were doing and why they were recommending the work that they suggested I come back for, showing me pictures and x-rays and making sure I understood. And as a bonus, one of their x-ray machines was having some issues and I had to wait a bit longer than expected, so they gave me a free flouride treatment for my troubles.

victoria ramirez: Nice front desk services , the hygienist so sweet but the women in her 50s who works as dental assistant seems to be in a hurry all the time ,she’s not delicate. I believe every customer deserve a nice service and time ,the same goes for the dentist he seems to be in a hurry . I believe that every procedure needs special care , doing a job in a hurry would cause injuries on patients and they would not sleep well because of the pain , they need to be more careful and hire extra people if they can’t deal with too much work .
