5 /5 Amber Greer: Dr. Reid and his assistants (shout out to Mary Beth and Tiffany) are by far the best dental team I have ever came across. Starting with the moment you walk through the door, the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fact that they made me feel like I was a real person with real concerns. I appreciate that they explained to me what they were doing before they did it. I plan to use this office for many years and 100% recommend it to anyone who needs a good dentist. ESPECIALLY those of us with a fear of the dentist. They accepted my insurance and I could not believe how little it cost to get the work I needed done, done! Such a great experience! Thank you Dr. Reid & the team at Canton Dental Towne!!

5 /5 Deanna Culhane: Every time I go to dental town in Canton- My hygienist, Irina, does an incredible job. She’s very welcoming and does a thorough job! The dentist, Dr. Donakey, always answers the questions I have for him and I leave that place feeling cared for. Highly recommend

1 /5 Nacole: The office is beautiful. However, if I were to choose a dentist for my children I would find a pediatric dentistry more personable to children. There is a hygienist here with a smart and snarky attitude. Be sure not to ask for Ariana. The office scenery is beautiful... the staff not so much..

1 /5 Daniel S.: This place SUCKS! They charge for literally everything under the sun. The front staff looks suicidal. The hygienist was rude and lacked bedside manner. This is truly the Waffle House of Dental offices. The cancellation fee is ridiculously high and there is no communication on either end amongst management or to consumer. You could buy your own fluoride and still have money left over in comparison to this place.

1 /5 Shane R.: Do not go here if you dont have dental insurance. Today I took my toddler daughter there and they wanted $370 for a single cleaning or to do a $25 monthly payment plan for 2 cleanings per year/X-rays included. They worked with me some on getting the price down given they wanted almost $400 for 30 mins of care. The dentist didnt even introduce himself and spent all of 1 minute with her. No exaggeration. They then brushed her teeth and gave her fluoride and it cost me $260. The sad thing was is that I was actually excited for her to have her first dental experience, but in truth, the whole thing was about money, not her, not anything but working her through their little system and slapping us with a big bill. Greed, greed, greed. It looks pretty, but again, its all about money to them. I think it also unfortunate because the research shows kids who have a positive dentistry experience growing up will take better care of their teeth. And this experience was so far from that ideal it wasnt even funny. It reminded me why many Americans neglect their teeth and dont get good dental care, because of greedy dentists like here who dont care.
