    Pine Log Park
Atif Muhammad: Clean, off the main hwy so easy to get to... Basketball courts, playground and walking paths... But the best part is the snaking, 2.5 mile jogging/biking trail that leads into Old Town Conyers where they actively film TV shows and movies. Such a great experience to start off on the trail through the woods to end up in such a whimsical and cool place where you can shop, chill out and eat at the restaurants that line the block. Awesome experience, ESPECIALLY the first time around.
    Black Shoals Park - Conyers
    Black Shoals Park
Diana Frederick: Note that the park is mainly about fishing. But to our surprise, it also has the Georgia Veterans Memorial and the Walk of Heroes. That was a moving site. Only electric motors are allowed on the lake. There is a nice kayak/canoe launching bench near the boat launch, accessible to handicapped individuals, or really anyone who needs a little help to get into and out of their kayak. We tried to find the trail to the nearby covered bridge, but found no sign indicating a trail head.
    Johnson Park - Conyers
    Johnson Park
Letty A: I have been coming to Johnson Park for many years to enjoy the pool, fitness classes, walking trails and tennis courts. The facility is well maintained for the most part. My only complaint is the condition of the women’s locker room. There is no seating and the showers should be cleaned more often.
    Costley Mill Park - Conyers
    Costley Mill Park
Robin Peters: Looks like a nice park, and I’ve seen gorgeous photos that others have made there, but it’s the least accessible park I’ve visited. There were cars and people at a covered picnic area, but we couldn’t find a way to get there. Stopped a worker on a golf cart who wasn’t helpful, except to advise that the beach was closed. Definitely not the place for older people who just wanted to take a walk to see the water falls…as close as we were able to get. Quite a disappointment
    MILSTEAD PARK - Conyers
    MILSTEAD PARK
Jennifer Fuqua: Cute pocket park nestled in historic Milstead. Park has a small covered pavilion with a grill, a public gender neutral restroom, a splash pad, swings, a playground, and a small walking loop with an adult fitness area. A few negatives: the trash was overflowing, and the playground area had visible litter (water bottles, swim diapers, and food wrappers), and parking is sparse. There are only a handful of spaces (maybe six including one or two disabled spots?).
Andersonville National Historic Site - Andersonville
    Andersonville National Historic Site
Dano C: Was a good summer "field trip". The rangers were very welcoming and helpful. It is a somber site, and deserving of that type of attitude...I wouldnt bring small children or children that want to touch everything and run all over. We were glad we made the trip and would definitely come back for special events.
    Providence Spring -
    Providence Spring
Lucas ćƒ«ćƒ¼ć‚«ć‚¹: This is a super nice spring, right off the exit road. The marble makes it stand out, and its great for photos. Dont drink the water, though, because it is not drinkable.
Drummer Boy Civil War Museum - Andersonville
    Drummer Boy Civil War Museum
Teresa Hunkele: Great museum filled with great insight of the prisoner’s experiences at Andersonville. It’s a small museum but a great size packed with artifacts from various civil war battles.
    McFadden Nature Center - Donalsonville
    McFadden Nature Center
Hillary Riley: We had a fantastic visit! The grounds are beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Everything is still a work in progress but we enjoyed renting a golf cart ($20 for a half day) , exploring McFadden Nature Center, and seeing all the wildlife. We can’t wait to see what more will be added and will definitely be back for another visit soon!
    Seminole State Park - Donalsonville

D Jeanette: Absolutely gorgeous!! Beach, rental kayaks & canoes, mini golf, playground, and easy hiking trails. You can even rent beautiful cabins on Lake Seminole. We even saw a Gopher Tortoise! There is so much to do and see... you just have to see it for yourself!!! I highly recommend it!!!
