Dano C: Was a good summer "field trip". The rangers were very welcoming and helpful. It is a somber site, and deserving of that type of attitude...I wouldnt bring small children or children that want to touch everything and run all over. We were glad we made the trip and would definitely come back for special events.

Everything is still a work in progress but we enjoyed renting a golf cart ($20 for a half day) , exploring McFadden Nature Center, and seeing all the wildlife. We can’t wait to see what more will be added and will definitely be back for another visit soon!
