    James Westfall: Friendly and attentive staff, nice office great service. Billing less than ideal. This company seems to be in a constant state of flux. One day they are in network one day they aren’t. When they pre-authorize you and you make payment based on the numbers they provide, don’t expect that to be the end of it. When you get the surprise bill in the mail afterwards, their staff is courteous and helpful in directing you to your insurance company to fix your problems. I highly recommend the other oral surgeons in the area. Because maybe they would pretend they care… who knows.

    David Rushing: This lady said that she could do a root canal and a crown. She worked on my tooth while talking to her associate the whole time. She fractured my tooth while doing a root canal. And then put my crown on backwards... This was confirmed by another dentist. I got part of my money back. It was a horrific experience and I lost my tooth. I absolutely would not recommend her

    Stephen L.P.: I had severe pain/sensitivity in my tooth following a poor filling job at another clinic. I payed $120 for an appointment and Dr. Elerson tapped on my tooth and said "yes you are right, you do have a sensitive tooth." "I would go and buy some sensodyne toothpaste." I payed the $120 for this seemingly obvious "dental expertise" and left. To add insult to injury I found that I could have had an entire teeth cleaning done for $20 more, but when I asked during the appointment if i could upgrade/pay the additional $20 for the cleaning and they stated that no i would have to make another appointment and pay an additional $140 for the cleaning. Also thanks to his laziness and inability to properly assess the serious damage done to my tooth, years later that filling has completely eroded and I have a huge saw-cut type erosion in my tooth. Im going to another dentist next week to see if my tooth now needs to be pulled.
