And then put my crown on backwards... This was confirmed by another dentist. I got part of my money back. It was a horrific experience and I lost my tooth. I absolutely would not recommend her

Stephen L.P.: I had severe pain/sensitivity in my tooth following a poor filling job at another clinic. I payed $120 for an appointment and Dr. Elerson tapped on my tooth and said "yes you are right, you do have a sensitive tooth." "I would go and buy some sensodyne toothpaste." I payed the $120 for this seemingly obvious "dental expertise" and left. To add insult to injury I found that I could have had an entire teeth cleaning done for $20 more, but when I asked during the appointment if i could upgrade/pay the additional $20 for the cleaning and they stated that no i would have to make another appointment and pay an additional $140 for the cleaning. Also thanks to his laziness and inability to properly assess the serious damage done to my tooth, years later that filling has completely eroded and I have a huge saw-cut type erosion in my tooth. Im going to another dentist next week to see if my tooth now needs to be pulled.

David A: Daughter likes them. This office is only open on Tuesday and Thursday, and the limited parking is tight. They do good work and treat my daughter well, keeping up with her weekly, and sharing pictures through their weekly scanning app, so that we can actually observe the improvement that the braces are providing. Usually fairly busy, but there are several Techs working at once, so wait times are reasonable. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is trying to make our schedules match.

Heather Bartram: I went to statesboro urgent care twice and both times i felt like a herd of cattle just trying to push you through. They were not busy at the times i went. both providers spent less than five minutes with me. The first provider came in, barely asked any questions, and swabbed me for the flu. When the provider came back they said they sent to some prescriptions and sent me on my way. The second provider was rude and condescending. In doing the question part of the half butt assessment the provider stated verbatim "you know symptoms can last a while" when I had already been sick for 10 days with little relief. The kicker to me is he told me I could leave zip up sweater on while listening to my lungs. Mind you I was short of breath and had mentioned that to the provider. Common sense would be the least amount of clothing to listen through as possible to get a good listen if someone said they are short of breath.
