Heather Bartram: I went to statesboro urgent care twice and both times i felt like a herd of cattle just trying to push you through. They were not busy at the times i went. both providers spent less than five minutes with me. The first provider came in, barely asked any questions, and swabbed me for the flu. When the provider came back they said they sent to some prescriptions and sent me on my way. The second provider was rude and condescending. In doing the question part of the half butt assessment the provider stated verbatim "you know symptoms can last a while" when I had already been sick for 10 days with little relief. The kicker to me is he told me I could leave zip up sweater on while listening to my lungs. Mind you I was short of breath and had mentioned that to the provider. Common sense would be the least amount of clothing to listen through as possible to get a good listen if someone said they are short of breath.
Kathy Smith: Dr Hollis has been the best primary Healthcare provider and deserves a 10☆ review. I also want to do a special shout out to his nurse. My father would not be with us with out these two very special people. May God continue to bless you both. May you both continue to provide the excellent service that you do for others
